Walmart wanted $300 for my insulin. I transferred my script here and they worked on getting me a voucher that made the cost only $10. The pharmacist treated me like a person, and they handled a massive line of people that were waiting behind me faster than a drive through fast food restaurant, while answering the phone, and drive through window. All while smiling and being kind. Honestly was the best customer service I’ve experienced at any business. I was impressed. Went back a couple times, and different staff was working with the same awesome attitude and attention.

I have been a pharmacy customer here for over 7 years now and I have always had a great experience in the store and in the pharmacy.Ryan the pharmacist is a very special human being. He is the best pharmacist I have ever had to deal with. He takes the time and puts in the extra effort to make sure that you feel important and that he has the knowledge and experience to make sure that you are taking the correct medications for your personal health.He remembers everyones names and always has a smile on his face even when it is very busy. One personal experience I had was my insurance company would not cover my thyroid prescription and I was just a couple of dollars short of being able to get my medicine so I explained that I didn't have enough money for it and that I wasn't going to be able to pick it up. He explained how important it was that I didn't miss a dose of this specific medication and that he was going to cover the rest of the cost of my medication.I will be forever grateful for that amazing gift he gave me.

I waited in line for over 30 minutes after being told it would be ready at this time. When I finally got to the counter I was told they don't carry it and when all the others in line are all set they will call the doctor. Horrible patient/customer care.

Absolute joke of a store. Went to get my Covid shot today with an appointment at 3:20 and checked in early. Should only be a few minutes the person says, not a problem to wait a few minutes. The problem started after waiting 40 minutes. After 40 minutes of watching the "pharmacist" sit and do absolutely nothing, I waited some more. Only after another 15 minutes of waiting I go into the room to get my shot, side eye from the pharmacist throughout. The experience was horrible, the deafening silence in the room could kill. The whole experience in the room took barely a minute. Why make an appointment when you still have to wait an hour to get the thing? Isn't the whole point of an appointment to reduce waiting? A horrible experience from start to finish, as someone who gets very uncomfortable at the thought of a shot waiting an hour was horrifying for me and for sure a total deterrent for me to ever support a business that finds an experience likes this acceptable.

I have been using this pharmacy for over two years and never have they had my medication on time never have there been polite and never have they've gotten it right the first time I am a procrastinator that's why I still have gone there for so long but now I'm going to the process of rerouting all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy because this terrible store

Staff was friendly and professional. I went for my Covid-19 vaccination shot ? here. I was early but the registration took awhile, even though I registered online with the state. I guess the state doesn't send that information over.My second shot was was scheduled at the same time I registered. The ? shot stings a little. The Phizer vaccine is being administered. They recommend I wait either inside or in my car ? for 15 minutes. Facemasks required to enter store. Drive up window available.

Raymond NH is a small town so you get to know ALL of the staff very well which makes them more personable. More time to chat with the staff as well as the other customers.

Worst Walgreens in the Universe! employees are rude worst is some wise guy named Larry who is completely rude? not even one single time have they been remotely decent in the 2 yrs I've lived in the area never just rude.

Has good customer service. Store has many items i can use and cashiers always helpful. Only problem ive had is that when i fill a prescription there always out of what i need and my scripts are always delayed.
