At least one extremely rude night employee. I’ve had one really chill employee who consistently gives satisfactory service. The employee working tonight was extremely rude and offered terrible service.

Shout out to teddy for being a rude ignorant worker. I bought 7 items no offer of a bag. Even when I said something he ignored me. No greeting at all. I said hi how are you? Got ignored. Some random dude walks in and shouts across the store to him and gets greeted. So clearly Ted is capable of doing it. And his co worker was just as rude no greeting from her either. But they certainly didn't mind ignoring me to have their own conversation. Mobil has better customer service by a long shot. Last time I shop this horrible location just because it's easier to pull into and out of.

Clerk behind counter was helpful. Told me about the coffee ☕ rewards program. Someone before me brought rolled up coins to make a purchase. Not certain how that went. Clerk and customer with coins didn't have masks, yet there is a sign on the door saying masks required. I'm not worried about masks, but, it does make it confusing.Coffee ☕ was okay. Cheaper than Dunkin's. Banana ? bread ? was to moist. Tasted okay. Inside looks like it's in good shape..

One complaint: I stopped every morning for a cup of coffee, really liked the coffee there, plus it was better priced and with the coffee club I got a free one about once a week. Manager (great guy, btw) told me they were changing over to automated brewing system, when they did I tried it and it was terrible! Not just overly strong, but foamy, also the machine doesn’t fill the cup even if you tell it not to leave room for cream. All done with Circle K and their automated brewing experience. I’ll most likely continue to buy Irving gas, but I had to find another convenience store on my way to work where I can get good coffee quick.

Soda's are no longer 75 cents - they are now 1.08 with tax - same price as the McD drive thru. Gas prices are still normally competitive but not always lowest in town. AM service is still pretty decent but afternoons and dinner has been horrible last few months. High turnover and some that just don't care. 1 register open and the line back to the beer cooler more than a few recent visits - and I don't mean right after school when its packed with kids. Overnight dude is still cool and friendly. I've gone from 1-2 visits a day to 1 a week... if that. It's gone from top notch to blissfully mediocre. Not sure anyone really cares besides me.

Place is a joke. Employees obviously hate working there,poor attitude from one of the blue heads that works behind the counter.Not the first time I went there and the service sucked.
