I normally love this place, but please don’t have me call back to speak with a manager who can access the ‘parts lookup’ page. Just go over to the aisle and see if you have the item. Mgmt: release computer access while your in a meeting.

Went there to have a couple of keys cut for my new key fobs I need the blank's that came with the key fobs cut didn't think it would be a big deal my mistake the kid told me he couldn't cut them I asked why he didn't have a answer so I asked again why I just can't do it company policy I only can cut the blank's we sell so I Said I will buy some blank's From you and just cut my blanks so the store can still makes the money on the blanks no I can't do that the kid said crazy to me I'm in that store every weekend spending on average $100 +a weekend there.Not Any More I'm done with that store good job?kid you just cost your boss a couple a grand a year because you didn't want to call someone to ask if it ok to cut my blanks

This place is YUGE! Helpful guy answered a bunch of questions I had on their pellet smokers. Then as we were getting ready to leave, he mentioned their collection of Milwaukee tools. Just happens I was in the market for a couple of M18 tools. Found both that were not available at a local shop.

When you need something for fixing a problem or whatever, this is a great place to start. Staff is hugely helpful, and knowledgeable. Service is great as is selection of hardware.

Holy cow, this place is huge! They have everything, and the staff is beyond knowledgeable about the products they carry and the location in the store.
