Positive: staff are great, equipment clean and easy to use, generally quiet environment. Negative: hours are terrible, needs leg and buttock equipment geared towards female bodies, lacks saunas and cold plunges.

Friendly staff, clean, not crowded, well equipped exercise room, good hours, but shorter on weekends. Participates in Silver Sneakers program.

Clean, friendly, good machines. Great place to go and get some exercise. Also have many fitness classes.
