My packages go missing my mail doesn’t get sent out and I get every excuse in the book from the post office. It’s a joke. I’ve been to the post office five times over issues and nothing is done about it.

Been having issues with delivery of mail. Yesterday received 5 pieces of mail for another address and letters I was expecting not delivered to my box. I know new people have been used at times to deliver but could they please LOOK at the number on letters before placing them in any old box.

I work in Portsmouth and today we mistakenly put invoicing in the mailbox that shouldn't have been mailed. I contacted the post office, Bill sent a postman, John Tatio, right away to meet me and I was able to retrieve the envelopes. Thank you so very much!!

1253559 The driver of that vehicle dec 16th showed up at the gas station I work at and treated my coworker like trash. She was extremely rude and impolite. She was driving the vehicle with that identification number. If these are the people your sending out every day you shouldn't be. She is horrendous. Just caused a ridiculous amount of pain over a reciept because she couldn't ask politely. Got into my coworkers personal space right after rudely demanding a receipt when he didn't even hear her the first time. Overall this woman should not represent your compassion and ability to do your jobs. She needs help.

Still can't get over what the USPS and City of Portsmouth did to the people of this town, moving the post office OUT of Portsmouth and actually into a DIFFERENT zip code. The poor and the old no longer have access to the post office, it's miles away in an industrial park. Why? So that the city could GIVE a developer the downtown land to make luxury condos (yes, GIVE, look it up). The USPS caved in and made zero effort to get another location in the ACTUAL town.

Large mailBOX ? out front for letter drop off without getting out of your car. I haven't been inside. I believe you have to drive all the way around the building to reach the customer service entrance. I noticed a one way arrow ⬆️ on the road. No inside drop off available after hours.

Best group of people working at this post office. The postal carriers and postal in-house people work super hard, they're knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I also appreciate their good vibes especially when so many aren't nice to people in customer service positions.

Were not helpful at all and was giving multiple wrong answers just to get rid of me. Had to go to the physical location and lied to again.Update 6/28/2021:Second time I've used USPS , this year, and another "error" has occurred. Avoid this service at all costs.Update 10/11/2021:Third time I have used USPS and another "error" has occurred. One delivery attempt and now I have to pick up my delivery again. I tried avoiding this service, my whole time in Portsmouth, but the inevitable disappointment has struck again.I've been living here for 6 years trying to get my address fixed and have not received mail for an absurd amount of time.

Now this post office is much closer to my Mom's house then the one in Rye,NH. This is a little bit bigger. I stopped in here twice. First time was to mail a birthday package to my friend. There was no wait & it wasn't busy. Place was clean. Finding the main entrance from the road can be a little tricky with all the tree's hiding the post office but don't fear if you drive by it you can turn around in the exit road where there is a couple of mail boxes to the side. I talked with the employee about a book rate due to wanting to mail myself some nursing books back to Vegas. On my second trip there I mailed my books. The same friendly lady waited on me. Wish I got her name but she was cheerful & very nice. Another quick trip & I was in and out. There's PO Boxes to rent here & they sell some shipping supplies. When I'm home I will definitely be coming back here for all my post office needs since its so close to my Mom's.
