Went in to switch our phone service from Spectrum. The young man who helped us (name? From San Diego) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Actually a good salesman. I was extremely upset, however, that he did not tell me I would lose all the voicemails I had saved when we switched over. My dad just passed away a few weeks ago and I had several voicemails from him that are now gone forever. I am pissed/upset and very sad. For that reason I am only giving one star. He should have told me so I could have saved them somehow.

Manny was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I came in for help with my SIM card. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Outstanding customer service, thanks Manny!

Great experience at T-mobile in Portsmouth switching phone service/getting new phones. Daniel was very patient with us and made the 4 hours it took a more fun experience (bc who wants to spend 4 hours on a Saturday at T-Mobile). We greatly appreciated all his help and patience

Customer service by the staff employee and the manager was ill mannered. TMobile is a service and appreciation and curtesy is so important. There was no friendliness in their words or mannerisms.Get a new manager T Mobile. The staff follows the management. The manager trained the employee perfectly. Rude and hostile and aggressive.A simple return could have been handled with appreciation and kindness. Instead I’m writing a negative review on Goggle.Do better T MobileIt’s easy to verify customer service. Look at your cameras. You will clearly see your employee and manager give me no customer curtesy or even a smile. A stern “How can I help you”? Was it.

Picked up an iPhone 13 I had ordered online. The salesman told me it would automatically transfer the data once I'm connected to WiFi. I did as told and Got home to do exactly what he said, and here I am having to run to another store.

The service was fabulous. Rockett, the guy who helped me, went above and beyond getting me all set up. I went in wanting a new provider and left with everything I needed. H even took some extra time to explain some plan and phone features I was unaware of. Highly recommend and will be back for my upgrade.

Beware of auto billing. I am supposed to be charged $50 monthly. My bank erred in not telling me they changed my account number when issuing new card. I paid a restoration fee in June plus late fees, then I was charged $72.17 in July because my account was still not restored…..on a fixed income….not happy with T-mobile.

Do not purchase your phone in store, get it from Amazon or best buy and not only will it be cheaper you also won't be charged 35$ for switching the sim card. Long time customer and I feel like I just got Nickel an dimed over simply needing to replace a 200$ phone.I do want to say floor staff were great.

Staff was no help, they added my phone to my brothers account for no reason and then told me the phone was going to cost more because I didnt have and account, then when I wanted to unlock it a few months later (long story, nephew suspended, blah blah, tmobile parental controls are a joke dont pay extra) 611 was no help, and the staff at the store said call 611 when they were open on the east coast... stuck with a phone I paid for in full +more with no account, and now its a paper weight.

Just got a new phone, stopped at T-mobile after a poor experience at another phone store, greeted by 3 friendly faces who found what I was looking for in the back in a minute, and taught me the intricacies of putting on a screen protector properly. Thank you Chris!
