Summerwind has excellent quality jewelry and customer service! My husband worked with SJ to design my engagement ring, and then she helped us pick out perfect bands. She has even ordered options not available in store for me to try in order to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend summerwind as a go-to jeweler!

They will take the extra time to really listen to what you are looking for. They get to know their customers and their families well, so that they can help you find just the right piece. I knew almost instantaneously after meeting my wife, that I always wanted to share my life with her, but I decided very spontaneously to actually propose to her. This left me with precious little time to find just the right ring. I’m very thankful to have meet Lauren at Summerwinds, she was tremendously informative and helped guide me through a process that I admittedly lacked any knowledge. The outcome was fantastic! Not only did my wife agree to marry me, but I’m not exaggerating when I say nearly every day I notice her admiring her ring with a little smile. After all was said and done, I did the research I should have done in advance of buying an engagement ring, and I felt even better about the ring, because it turns out it was a really good value too. I feel really comfortable with Lauren and highly tecommend her if you’re looking for a special piece.

My wife and I highly recommend a visit here! I purchased our engagement ring and wedding bands here 6 years ago and we have been stopping by fairly regularly ever since! As long time locals there is no better jewelry store in Portsmouth in our opinion. We are always happy with the selection and quality.
Customer service has always been great. Lauren has taken great care of us in the times we are in and the whole staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Summerwind Jewelers & Goldsmiths is the absolute best place to go for both new and custom designed jewelry pieces, resizing, repairs, and even selling pieces you no longer wear. I've done it all and keep being drawn back. They have beautiful and unique oieces. This is a family owned business with a fabulous staff. Sara, Lauren, and SJ are incredably friendly and personable women who are extremely knowledgeable and offer a no pressure atmosphere, you all rock! They are fair and extremely helpful going above and beyond in every way. Lauren's been helping me sort through my Grandmother's & Mother's jewelry items as well as redesigning some of my own and other things. She is fantastic, has a great eye, and a lovely sense of humor. I only wish I had discovered them sooner!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It took SJ and Lauren no time at all to understand my bing style wants. They are both friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy like other stores. I love the affordability and diversity of baubles. Can’t wait to go Christmas shopping soon!
