Clean and vibrant surf shop with great customer service. Very well stocked on clothing items as well as shoes and bags. The music playing throughout the store was at a great sound level, and each clothing section was well-marked and organized. Vibes are astonishing.

Horribly rude woman running the shop. I’ll never be back and I advise others to bring their business elsewhere.Response: too little, too late (over 2weeks ago) I explained to the rude woman that the sandals were unusually narrow(I don’t wear size wide, just normal) and I couldn’t even fit my foot in. I had the receipt (online credit card), no tags (gave them to rude woman on my way out of store) Obviously the sandals were defective.(never had this issue) I don’t care about the money, nor the sandals. She said she was the manager but obviously she doesn’t know how to manage. I donated the sandals to charity, hoping someone could use them, perhaps a child or someone with unusually narrow feet. Perhaps you should explain to your rude employee that because you’re a small independent company that she should treat customers with respect. I try to support local businesses everywhere I shop.(restaurants, clothing shops, etc) Most know me by name. I wish you the best.

This morning 5 kids went out for their very first attempt at surfing and came back surfers. As a parent watching from the shore, I’ve never had more fun and felt such enthusiasm and AMAZING vibes as a bystander. I was so proud of the 5-8 year olds that ALL got up on their boards with Jack and Ben as their instructors cheering behind them, arms outstretched to the sky because they were just as happy to see a student they only just met get up and ride!!!! This lesson will be the best memory for my Colorado fam visiting the east coast and as for my own boys, they’re still riding high from this perfect morning.
