So grateful for the help today! Stopped in this afternoon and was immediately greeted with a friendly face. I was worried about a possible larger car issue and Johnny was able to explain what was going on and helped without hesitation. Excellent customer service, honest, friendly. Thank you so much!

I bought a set of Falken Wildpeak AT tires from a competitor...and then got a screw too close to the sidewall to be replaced. The competitor told me that there was nothing they could do, maybe Falken Tires had a roadside hazard warranty, but it had nothing to do with them. When I called Falken they told me they would absolutely cover the replacement of the tire...and that the establishment that sold me the tires was contractually obligated to, but they were often difficult to deal with. They suggested I contact a local Sullivan Tire, which is what I did. They helped me take care of the warranty and got two new tires on my car within 48 hours. I will be returning.

I went to this location today due to something in my tire that i caught down the road from here. I went in with an intention that I would get it repaired (it was not on the edge of the tire, it was in the middle). I was told just by looking at said object that it could not be repaired and i will need a new tire. Because of the style of my vehicle and the 4 wheel drive i had to have a certain depth on all the other tires to just replace 1. After measuring the others i was told that not only cant it be repaired, but now I will need to replace all 4 tires. What would of cost me 38 dollars for a inside patch was now going to cost me over 1000. However, I wouldnt know what the cost was, because the dude who was helping me told me he was going to go look at what it was going to cost. I waited in my vehicle for almost 30 minutes with no one in site to come back and give me a quote. I decided to leave. I then drove (unknowingly if it was even safe or not to do so) up to another repair shop for the nice gentleman to tell me that it absolutely could be repaired, due to the busy repair shop I was refered to go to another location. I saved myself well over 1000 dollars and paid 15 dollars to have a patch put on a tire that I DID NOT need to replace. I have also been told this happens a lot at this location. Please do better. Im glad i got irritated enough and just left, rather then go in and ask what it was i was going to be paying for 4 unneccessary tires!!!

This place was wonderful! My friend and I just started a long cross-country trip and hit an object on the highway that knocked the muffler loose and they were the only place that was able to squeeze us in right away and helped us put a temporary fix. Appreciate them so so much!!

I showed up at their door before starting time with a crazy emergency (a bolt lodged in my tire) and they were able to accommodate me within under an hour-and-a-half. They were wonderful to deal with despite me being very pushy and intense. They were patient and my tire turned out fine.

Used them on and off for decades. After being upselled, shimshammed, and misdiagnosed I'm no longer doing business with Sullivan Tire.
This facility told me I had a major issue with my car, second opinion said I didn't. Also told me my battery was toast, it wasn't.
Be honest and have integrity. It's a business and you have to make money but the outrageous quotes for everything. The OG Sullivans would be rolling over in Rockland.

The problems I had today at Sullivan, Portsmouth were not the fault of Sullivan. The professionalism and courtesy were emblematic of what I required of my own staff when in the same business. While the appointment took longer than expected, this is common on a Monday morning. Josh, and team should be trainers for how to perform customer service, even when the result is not what the customer was hoping for. Also, while some things were outdated (work permit in window expired in 2018, and the Bruins season has ended but schedules were still out), the waiting room was spacious, bathroom and area were clean, grounds outside also very clean. We'll be back with our whole family "fleet". If I had to find anything wrong, it would be difficult, but I'd suggest a customer coffee maker from this century.

I walked in without an appointment with an issue with a tire leaking air. The gentleman working was incredibly nice and accommodating and was able to get me in that same morning to help. I’ve been here over the years and found every person who works there has great customer service and the prices are always very reasonable. It is also a very convenient location!

The staff at Sullivan Tire are upbeat and professional. They have great communication skills and got my car in and out in a timely manner with a concise explanation of all the services and charges. Sullivan Tire was recommended to me and I will recommend them to my family, friends and business associates.

After having issues with the Dover Sullivan Tires. I decided to see if Portsmouth location can fix my company truck problems. And they came through. A big THANK YOU to Jeff for understanding and addressing the issues the Dover location left or didn't do. Going forward Portsmouth is where I'll be going for my personal and company vehicles.Thanks
