The store sells very poor quality items and does not stand behind what they sell. Do not bother shopping here. Rude sales people. You are wasting your time and money. They don't care that they are basically robbing you. Many other shops in the area that are more deserving of your business.

Cute store, friendly worker, adorable shells! I will definitely be coming back with a friend next time!I see other reviews saying it’s overpriced — I’m not familiar with the typical prices of the store’s items, but Portsmouth is touristy so everything is expensive. This cute zodiac shell was $5.99, which seemed fair!

Such a cool place in New Hampshire, they have such an awesome collection of different things. From stones to so many different geodes. Shirts, sweatshirts, bracelets, necklaces and rings. If you are looking for yourself, or for souvenirs this is the place to go!

I bought a ring from here and everything seems to be very fairly priced. They also have a fantastic array of seashells and coral, so be sure to check those out.

Very big selection of crystals among other things. Of course with my obsession with buying crystals lately, I purchased around 4 stones. I was surprised to see so many crystal towers and other cool shapes of crystals, but everything there is OVERPRICED. I felt the older lady at the register staring at me the entire time I shopped, and she wasn’t friendly. This shop is within walking distance of Deadwick’s Ethereal Emporium, which I prefer to stop at. Even Village Silversmith has better prices.

Recently, I've become increasingly interested in crystals, stones & minerals. I visited Scallops & had a great time looking over their huge inventory & bought many raw & tumbled stones to add to my growing collection. My favorite are various palm stones. I also loved looking at their jewelry & huge shell selection. I've been back there 3 times since & always find new items to purchase. Amber & Wendy are very knowledgable, helpful & super easy to talk to & made my visits fun & memoriable. The air always smells so good & there is such a positive, welcoming energy in that shop. I will definately be visiting them again very soon.
