NEVER GO HERE! They damage cars and lie about it! My fiancé went there to get his windshield fixed as it was cracked from a rock being kicked up on the road. He dropped it off in perfect condition beyond the windshield. When he picked it up the hood of his 2023 car was extremely scratched from them. The company said that it is how the car came in which is completely ridiculous because the only way those scratches got on his hood was from something being dropped and dragged on his car. The company says they have pictures to prove it wasn't from them, but they refuse to show us the photos. NEVER take your car here otherwise it will come back in worse shape than it was!

I had a Saturday appointment scheduled for a week. Planned my weekend around it. Got a call the morning of that the tech was out and got a lengthy explanation of why. (Don’t care, that’s not my business) I very clearly explained to Gary that I need a weekend appointment because I work. I asked for “tomorrow”. He was certain that rain in the forecast he would have canceled appointments available if I could find a garage so the tech would have cover. I rented some garage space from my neighbor. I called them back to confirm my appointment to be told that they actually don’t work on Sunday and she had no idea why that guy would offer me a Sunday. This is for a service that I paid for in advance and so far have not received any confirmation of my cancellation nor an apology or any confirmation of a refund. Not great business. Would never recommend to anyone

The frustrating automated "assistant" keeps pushing you to the website for "faster assistance". Getting a live person for help shouldn't be this hard.Great people at the local store in Portsmouth NH but a nightmare to get someone on the phone for help, as you can't call the local store, it forwards to the corp. automated assistant.Let's see if Safelite replies to this review telling me to go to the website for "faster assistance"!!!! hahaha

Went in for a chip in the windshield, left with a six inch crack which is now over a foot long. I did a better job with $15 RainX kit from Lowe’s.

Our Honda CRV needed the windshield replaced. As the camera which is part of the safety features it needs to be recalibrate so we couldn't use their mobile service. The windshield was replaced within the time frame that was quoted. The closest location to us was about 45 minutes away so we had to wait for the repair to be done. The waiting room is very small with standing room only when I arrived so be prepared. Otherwise the technician kept me informed as to the progress and were very happy with the replacement.

Avoid them at all costs. it took two weeks to get an appointmen. I was initially thrill with the service. Less than 48 hr after they installed my glass a crack showed up in the lower corner of my windshield. i called them immediately. They didn't bother to send anyone out to investigate. i expressed my concern at driving the vehicle with the crack. they assured me it would be fine and scheduled a warranty replacement.But wouldn't you know it, the day they arrived the "expert" notices a "new impact" on a window. I really didn't expect the glass to be that weak. And I certainly don't remember hearing anything hit the brand new glass.in my opinion, they use substandard materials, so that they can guarantee easily damaged windows to get repeat customers. They go to great lengths to avoid paying for any warranty claims. My windshield was installed on a Monday afternoon. The crack showed up Wednesday morning after only one round trip. Avoid at all costs.

I was hung up on by the automated phone system 4 times, it's seemingly impossible to talk to a real person. The websitev doesn't give you a quote, just tried to get a much information about you as possible, including your Vin.

The manager messed up the credit card’s between my service and another persons service so I was charged double. I spent several hours with them on the phone then in the shop, as they said multiple times they couldn’t have charged me more than what my service cost(my $800 charge said otherwise). After showing me the quote I saw that the final 4 on the credit card did not match my card, this was the problem that they were RESPONSIBLE for the extra $400 on my charge. They said I would be credited the $800 and then a new $400 charge would come up, this happened right as I was leaving. The next day the $800 credit was gone and the $400 was still there! Now I’m being charged $1200 for a $400 service!!Long story short chose any other place for service over this one.

I had a great experience on a windshield replacement at this shop. Favian, who was filling in while the manager was out, was nothing but respectful and kind. Despite an issue with the recalibration computer system, Favian communicated transparently as well as handled another negative interaction with another customer with calmness and respect. Great work, and great team members. Would bring my car here again.

Even though they weren't sure if they were going to be able to calibrate my windshield after installation, the guys made sure to hustle to get it done and successfully calibrated everything. They were so caring, informed, and all around personable people. Thank you!

was picking up my car that couldn’t even be fixed, get there at 5:02, not a SOUL in sight. nobody inside, no key in car, nobody called me asking if they should leave the key or hold onto it, really shoddy and unethical work habbits.
