After a recent IRS review of a filed tax return prepared by our past accounting firm, we decided to have our previous years returns reviewed by a different firm. Raiche & Co was recommended by a financial advisor and Mark Boulanger at Raiche was assigned to us. We wanted to be sure nothing else had been "missed" that we would be liable for. Mark reviewed the past 3 years and found a deduction that was missed. Mark prepared an amended return for us and within a few weeks we received a check (SIZABLE CHECK!) Since then, I have emailed "what if" questions to Mark before making taxable business decisions. Mark provides solid advice that guides us and eliminates surprises at tax time.
