Arrived to find my room A/C wasn't working properly; staff did get me another room and it worked. Both days at hotel, did not have hot shower and water pressure was poor. Local Sheriffs department was there twice in my 2 days I seen. Location needs a total facelift and many maintenance issues need resolved.

The hallways smelled bad. The room was even worse. Stinky room that had slightly sticky carpet all over. The light switch on the bathroom is a timer. At this price, I expect a lot better cleanliness standards

Asked me why im staying, said I was going to a homeless shelter the next day, then asked me if I had a car and said if I dont have a car then cant rent a room. Yeah right.

Lots of places to eat . Not far from water country . Had pool and hot tub! Was good place to stay I will be returning next time in the area !

Hotel was great clean rooms. Staff was great helpful if we needed to know how to get around the area. We were doing a over night trip for our one year wedding anniversary. We definitely stay there again if we plan to go back to portsmouth. Breakfast in the morning was nice too.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room. Nice hot tub.Rooms: The bed was comfortable, as were the linens. Pillows could use some help though.

There was a charge on my bill for smoking in the room when I don't even SMOKE!!!! The pool was filthy green and unusable. DISGUSTING.
