We stopped in to buy my husband his first real hat. That lady we met was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about hat sizing and finding a style to suit his face and lifestyle. We left very pleased.

Very unique hat store great selection overheard the owner talking with other customers, she is very knowledgeable and has an overwhelming attitude of wanting to help. Really appreciate the space and take your time to see everything, up and down stairs. Our budget could not handle a purchase.we planned our stop on our long drive around seeing this shop and even though we didn't buy anything glad we stopped.

I treated myself to a spring men's hat. They have the most amazing hats. I shop here frequently. Above my closet I now have 9 of their hats, in hat boxes. They all look like the day they left the store and I wear them all summer long. I love my recent purchase, a dark gray, fedora. It is very handsome as all their hats. I've already worn it and received compliments. These are real hats, not the kind you find in the big corporate stores. They have all styles and a great selection. You get what you pay for here. The quality is in every product. I don't buy any woman's stuff but I can't help but notice it in the window. They have some very wonderful items. I highly recommend a visit! You will be wow'd.

Scammer boutique owner doesn’t accept returns and doubles prices of products that you can get directly from the artist for half the price.

The person working was very kind and engaged. I appreciated our few minutes of conversation regarding hats. She was very knowledgeable. They have a huge showroom downstairs just on hats — favoring women’s styles but a honorable mention of men’s styles within the store. Lots of custom/one-of-kind hats along with some American made mass produced hats like Bailey. The store clearly has good connections and relationships with hatters to have the offerings they do. This is must see place on your itinerary and I wish every town was lucky enough to have a store like this.

Visited a while back and we had a great time. Beautiful hats in this place, and what an awesome experience we had shopping ❤️ Although they do not allow you take photos of the hats which is disappointing, I do understand why. Their hats are one of a kind and extremely high quality. If every shopper came there and treated it like an Instagram photo booth (especially in todays day and age), the hats would be too worn out to be worth the asking price, and that just wouldn’t be fair for the shop owner. It’s a high end hat boutique, not a costume shop. It really isn’t uncommon to request no taking photos in this case. It is honestly really amazing how much they allow just any shopper to interact with and try on some of these expensive hats! I was amazed. The shop associate was very kind and welcoming, helped us find just what we were looking for in our price range even after letting us try on those well above it. We had the best time in the store. I bought the cutest hat and will likely buy others there next time I am in town!

I cannot say enough about this shop. After reading the negative google reviews, I was blown away. I have been a repeat customer in this store for over 20 years now and through a change of ownership. I have never once had anything but a positive experience. The current owner is always willing to help, responsive, reasonable and professional. Yes the hats are expensive but it is a high end hat store and the hats are made by craftsman from around the world. If you want a mass produced hat that everyone has then I suggest Macy's or Target. To miss a visit to this store due to the google reviews would be a shame for the fashion lover looking for a quality piece. I also do not understand people not calling the owner to voice their complaints or concerns before becoming a keyboard warrior and falsely accusing an establishment abs trying to harm someone's livelihood based on one experience.

My son and daughter in law went to this shop while on their honeymoon. His wife found a hat she very much liked and my son wanted to buy a gift for her. When he went to the register to pay he was surprised at the price (she never saw it). He didn't want to deny her so he bought it for her, as well as another hat. When he went outside and told his bride how much it was, she wanted him to immediately return it as they are on a budget. They went back within 5 minutes, and the owner would not allow the return citing she is a small business. Dispicable!

Great hats wanted a fascinator for a wedding. The person working did not greet me nor did she help until I went to her. She could hardly look up from her computer.

This store was one of our absolute favorites! The hats are amazing and I although I normally only wear baseball caps from time to time, this store made me desperately want to buy a bunch of summer hats! The jewelry is unbelievable and I could have stayed all day going through the vast selection. I couldn't afford any of the jewelry but it was wonderful to look at and wish for. My friend found the hat she wanted and we were completely satisfied, not to mention that the owner is such a cute and friendly woman. She makes the experience at the store even more special! I can't recommend Puttin' On the Glitz enough! Just go!
