Came to the area for vacation and had some possible car issues along the way. Mike didn’t hesitate. Took the car right then. Got us right back on the road within a few hours. Thankfully nothing too serious but very grateful that they took the time to help us out.

I have been going to Precision Auto for years now. Mike is the best and he’s fair. They have always done right by me and I can’t say enough about their work and attitudes. Extremely nice!!!

After having a headlight bulb fail during a recent storm, I needed to get this fixed ASAP due to the weather. I called the local mechanic chains, and the only ones to provide prices were above $130 for ONE bulb. Mike got me in quickly on a short notice cancellation. I walked out, saving $100. Absolutely fantastic service and fair prices. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

I never heard from Mike. He had promised to call me the next day with an appointment time but did not. In fact I have yet to hear from him/them all these weeks later. I drove there to specifically arrange a repair and was apparently blown off. I ended up getting my car repaired quickly and affordably at Swedish Imports. They may the whole experience effortless.
Original: After being “jerked around” at Lou’s Custom Exhaust down the street, I stopped by today to inquire about getting a catalytic converter replacement performed on my 2013 Volvo. Mike was gracious and accommodating. I hope we can land on a reasonably priced solution and timeframe over the next few days. Better still was one of Mike’s colleagues whom I did not get the name of. He was highly professional and kind. He noticed in my passing through that my vehicle was missing a lug bolt. He immediately handed me a socket wrench with the correct socket size so that I could tighten the remaining bolts (all four remaining bolts needed to be tightened on the wheel that was missing one!). Other remarks that he made gave me the impression that he, Mike, and the overall business operates with high integrity. Impressive!

Mike & crew are fantastic. Spent ~$1140 to have the valve body of my transmission replaced with Nissan parts. Mike listened to my ideas and did his own research. Found that the trans was 'probably' not 'bound'. There was a Nissan Technical Bulletin regarding my CVT. He never guaranteed the work, as it was a gamble. It DID work, the car is on the road.Mike listened. His techs did amazing work. I was kept up to date on the whole process. Busy shop because they are the ones to have work done. I've used Precision Auto for over 30 years now for my Saabs and now my Volvo's. When you take you car or even if you call, you get the same awesome person every time and his name is Mike. He's the owner and the glue that makes this place run like a clock. If you own a Volvo XC70 you need to bring your car here because there is a very good chance that you don't even know that your coil springs that supports the car in front and rear of the car are cracked and broken at the very bottom where they sit in the Strut Housing! This is the second Volvo that this has happened to and I've been on the forums and it appears this is a very common problem and your car won't pass inspection if they're broke. So if you own one, do yourself a favor and call me and get these fixed before you get caught off guard! Mike and the Team at Precision ordered me 4 new springs for the front and rear and installed them in very short time yesterday (01.27.23) and the car actually drives like a brand new car! The bump noise and feel is completely different and I'm extremely satisfied yet again. As easy as some things are to fix on the car, it's just satisfying when you take your vehicle into Precision for one thing and they told me that I had two corner running lights out and the fixed them for me! Now this is an honest company that truly takes care of their customers new or old. Give them a call you won't be disappointed!
