I recently worked with Lauren, the owner, to set up a soap making event for our volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) as a thank you for the hard work they do for the children of NH. She was so accommodating and welcoming from the start and the classes that she completed for us were so much fun!! I highly recommend scheduling a soap making class as a team building event or a fun time out with a group of friends. Lauren is very community oriented and it felt great to support her small business.

My husband and I love this store and visit whenever we're in Portsmouth. He loves the Espresso Soap Scrub and Wrinkle in Thyme. The owner helped me with my White Mountains black fly bites with Itch-be-Gone salve. Always so helpful and friendly!

Visited the shop during the fall and got some face products. I fell in love with them and was so happy to see that they had an online shop so that way I could buy from the midwest. The soap and face products are great and of very high quality and have made my skin fell 100% better. Lauren was so kind to even include a face soap for me to try and I am very excited to try it!

This was a super fun place! The staff was super kind. The space was super cute and the soap of course was fantastic :) i particularly like the fact that the soaps don’t have extra “garnish” on the top of the soap. I’ve been to other places where they add stuff to the top layer and it looks nice but is very inconvenient.

Lovely soap and body products. Everything is made with natural ingredients with super clean scents. Stopped here on a visit to Portsmouth, NH in April and bought bar soap and hand & body lotion.Loved it so much I ordered for Christmas.

My wife and I were visiting Portsmouth over the weekend. We went exploring through downtown, and happened to find Portsmouth Soap Company. We checked the sign on the door to see when they were going to open. (It was around 10:30am) but before we could turn to move along, with plans to return after 11, the owner(?) Opened the door and welcomed us in. Tons of handmade goods. Definitely worth a visit if you are ever in Portsmouth.

We discovered Portsmouth Soap while on vacation last year, and my husband and I are hooked! Their products are high quality and the owner/staff are so friendly. We have continued ordering their products online due to their consistently amazing products and personal touch. The Oatmeal Milk & Honey Body Butter is my favorite!

One of the best places we went for soap in NH. We came here on vacation from New Jersey . The woman in the front which I believe is the store owner was incredibly nice to us. I bought a couple bars of delicious smelling soap. Just used it today and it is great! We visit the area once a year and will be back.Ps. Our daughter loved the heart shaped soap ! Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.

Amazing amazing amazing. The smell when you walk in is incredible. The owner is very knowledgeable and willing to help out and answer any question. 10/10 would recommend would the lava stone and Gardner soap!!!!

Lauren the owner was very sweet and helpful. She even made me a special order roll on version perfume of the Citrus scent because they only had it in a spray on. Very nice and would definitely go back. Lots of nice little gifts in there too and eco-friendly things.

Adorable little shop with 2 sweet ladies working in there. To be honest, the soap scents weren't anything creative or to write home about. But the girls were super sweet and helpful. I bought a bunch of bar soaps from them as souvenirs and everyone who received them love it! My favorite scent is the "NH Night Sky". Highly recommend!!

Beautiful store, incredibly kind and thoughtful owners, and amazingly effective products!! The eucalyptus mint shower steamers are better than any spa. Absolutely love their soaps and bath bombs too! Going to tell friends and family and will definitely be repeat customers

I love how moisturizing their soap bars are. The coffee body scrub and coffee face scrub are the best. The owner is so kind and generously mailed me a replacement product when I wasn't satisifed. I live an hour and a half away and the drive is totally worth it to visit.

So many different soaps. Soaps are affordably priced for handcrafted artesian soap and there's a great variety. I love the coffee and chocolate soaps. They also have a neat selection of body and face scrubs and shampoo bars
