As a first-time buyer, the task of purchasing a new vehicle was daunting. The minute I stepped foot on Portsmouth Ford’s lot, all my worries went away and I knew that they always had my best interest at heart. Bill Quimby was excellent to work with, taking the time to explain each vehicle’s pros and cons and making sure that I was put into the right vehicle for my lifestyle. Their finance department was also amazing with not only their speed of approval, but also going thoroughly through the different options available for financing and warranties. I was able to drive my new car off the lot the same day with absolutely no regrets. We will absolutely be using Portsmouth Ford in the future and will be sending our family and friends in their direction!

I purchased a 2024 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid at Portsmouth Ford. Yesterday I had my first service with them. Man, these guys are good! They know what they’re doing. Polite, answered all of my questions. Very helpful. Service was completed pretty fast. As a matter of fact, I told my son-in-law about them and he went and purchased a used Ford Explorer XLT. He was also very happy with them.

I trust all the service performed on both of my vehicles to Portsmouth Ford and only Portsmouth Ford; in particular , Mr. Nolan Bick. The service is dependable, professional, courteous, timely and most of all friendly. This time, my car required a longer stay at the dealership to perform the necessary repairs and maintenance. I usually wait in the waiting area, but this time it would be too long. Rather than have my wife get out of work to come pick me up, Portsmouth Ford provided me a courtesy ride to my wife’s work, where I was able to pick up my other vehicle. This was almost 20 miles away! Service like that is why I will continue to purchase and service all my vehicles from Portsmouth Ford.
