Great salespeople that are good at selling a lie
Got sold the maintenance package and was told that if a key auto was not in my area I could go elsewhere well that is just not true so I’ll have to drive 150 miles round trip to get my oil changed they are good at making the promise just not keeping way to go

I bought a truck 30 days ago ,and I have had nothing but shitty experience .im not sure what happened in the last couple years but it has gone down hill it’s all new people and they don’t care .i will never go back there again .i would rather buy a ford then to deal with them .im missing the front frame for my plate which was supposed to be ordered and now they are ordering it now so another week with it sitting on my dashboard .

Worst customer service ive ever experience. Crazy how I was told that no bank would finance me but I go down the street to another dealership an walk away with a brand new car that day. Hmmm interesting ? step it up chevy an work with your customers an not just ignore them an push them out the door.

The whole Key Automotive Group is excellent especially Portsmouth Chevrolet. I have purchased over a dozen vehicles from the Key Auto group. I recently just upgraded my wife’s Tahoe here at Portsmouth Chevy. A true white glove experience. Travis was extremely professional and informative from start to finish. He was very patient with me during the process and found me the exact Tahoe we were looking for. We did the deal and he even dilvered our new Tahoe to our house and picked up our trade in. I can’t wait to come back to purchase our next vehicle. Thank you Travis and Portsmouth Chevy! A++++

Went in to look at a used truck. I asked about the damage to the bumper/tailgate and I was told "everything is taken into account in the price". Upon pointing out the damage, not one member of the staff was even aware of it. I found it interesting to have been told it was all "accounted for" when nobody knew about it.
They offered to send it out to the shop to have the damage repaired. When the truck came back it appeared to have been fixed, only now I was being offered $1500 less for my trade in from a quote not even two weeks prior. Travis (sales manager?) then lied to my face stating that he never actually offered me that price before and only said he "might" be able to go that high.
They sent a truck that I wanted to buy out to be fixed, then offered me less for my trade in than they were going to give me not two weeks prior to recoup their repair costs and lied to me about it. That is seriously dishonest and shady business practice. Have some integrity.
