Funny story, I went there to get a ding in my windshield fixed. But lo and behold, it actually was tree sap! I felt a bit embarrassed, but the staff was so friendly and kind. They told me it happens all the time.
I would highly recommend Portland Glass in Portsmouth because of their excellent customer service. Although I didn't have a service done per se, they treated me as if I did. Stellar service ?

I had a really good experience with Portland Glass. Originally I had scheduled to have my windshield replaced at my job, because I did not have the time to make it into their shop. That service alone is amazing. My car is newer, so some calibration needed to be done and could only be done at a shop. Portland Glass called me and made me aware of the calibration needed, they offered to come pick up my car, bring it to their shop, service it, and bring it back to me! Their service was quick and professional. I highly recommend Portland Glass.
