Very relaxed buying atmosphere, I spoke to Nate on the phone. Nate got me to come down and talk to Van. Van had the car i wanted at the price i needed. Van also had the product knowledge about the car i was leasing.

I had a drive-tran vibration and AutoFair Nissan in Stratham mechanics told me it was normal. I didn't believe it and went on a road test with Andrew with Port City Nissan. After about 30 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue to the rear drive shaft/universal. He ordered the parts and said it would come in 2 days, and it did! I believe it was Tim that called me for an installation appointment 2 days after that. I dropped the car off a day early at noon, and they remarkably had the job done the same afternoon a day early! Drove like a new truck again! Great bunch of guys and were willing to listen to me and road test the vehicle with NO attitudes whatsoever. I have 3 Nissans, and that's the only place that I'll take them now. Thanks guys!

I knew what I was looking for and it just so happened Port City had exactly what I was looking for.I contacted the dealership to make sure the car was still available and that they would have time to take care of my needs, if I did find time available to stop in, which was handled wonderfully.From the moment I arrived at the family owned dealership, until I drove off the lot in my new car, salesperson Van was nothing more than excellent. We both started off with a means for transparency, my comfort and happiness, and of course purchasing options.I have nothing more than positive things to say about Van and the rest of the prospect/sales/service/detailing staff down at Port City Nissan.If you're in the market for a new or used Nissan or have been researching a specific vehicle for months and Port City Nissan happens to have one in amazing condition; Van and the rest of the personable staff has you covered.

Cannot put into words how amazing Danny at Port City Nissan is. I was in a car vs deer accident on 95. I was traveling North bound as Danny was traveling South bound. Danny saw the accident and turned his vehicle around to ensure we were okay. I was in my 2017 Nissan Rouge. Danny jumped out of his car with a Port City Nissan hoodie on. We asked him if he worked there, and he said YES! In return for his kind gesture we purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder from him. The process with Danny and Port City Nissan was seamless. You will always be greeted with a smile, clean facility and knowledgeable employees. Thank you Danny & Port City for the very best experience!

Everyone I had the pleasure of working with when I turned in my lease went above and beyond making it the best experience at a car dealership I have had. My situation is a bit out of the norm as I am a resident in the state of Florida, returning and leasing another car in the state of New Hampshire. Javier was great in finding answers to the questions I had about having all of the process done through them so that I did not have to deal with it when I return to Florida as I am leaving the car here for a while. All of my concerns were addressed and taken care of. Brian was great with explaining all the finance paperwork as well. All in all it was a quick and painless process.I thank my daughter for referring me to Port City Nissan and to Javier!

I was really pleased that my HVAC system was repaired without having to remove the dashboard or other invasive techniques. I had blockages in my system due to mice making nests inside the blower motor and some of the debris made its way into the HVAC system. The technician performed the work in about an hour. I likely would not have wanted a non-Nissan tech working on this problem.9/8/2023 I down graded this review because I have attempted 4-5 times to get some basic follow up service information on 1 of the 3 service items, and I got no response. But they got my money so I guess that is all they care about. 5 stars knocked down to 3.

We had the car towed back to Nissan the same day, 7/31. The service dept. couldn't look at it until Wednesday August 2. This of course was an extreme inconvenience. One might think a gas leak in a car that had the fuel pump replaced just 3 days before would be prioritized. The overall experience was quite stressful, and not one I wish to repeat. I won't recommend Port City Nissan to anyone.

Xavier was exceptional!!! You have to insist he is your sales rep! He came in on his day off to aid us in making our purchase. My spouse and I would not have purchased the vehicle if it were not for Xavier.
