Almost everyday, I have to find someone to help me jump my truck. Especially when I am in rush that’s where the truck won’t start. I have a brand new battery from AAA, they run Diagnostics while I am at the dealership. They couldn’t find anything. On top of that, I paid $200 for just diagnostic. What’s causing the ignition failure? They don’t know. The answer is “might be the radio”, doesn’t make any sense to me that you run a diagnostic and you couldn’t find a problem. It’s like you went to a doctor and they said you are fine and sick the next day.

Sales team were great, Service technicians were great, service communication was lack luster at best. No one called to tell me my truck was done thursday afternoon and i had to call friday numerous times until I had to chase down some one in service by calling the sales department and have them physically go down to service. This is the second time this same scenario has happened. Make sure you do not need your vehicle the following day of service if your dropping it off.

The parts where on back order. Which isn't the dealership fault . They diagnosed and repaired the truch on the first appointment. The team was polite and knowledgeable of the repairs and when the parts where available. The repair was completed

Key care is trash if they force it on you walk out. Sold me a car with a tire that has a slow leak. Key care refuses to cover it and the company keeps trying to get me to come in to pay for a tire replacement instead of reimbursing me for the tire. Never again.
