They have an understaffed deli. They also don't carry many Italian meats. Kind of a bummer. The staples are expensive here so I count on them having the specialties.

Love you guys, but what happened to your spring rolls?Great store that is kind to gluten free people and therefore is our favorite! We stop by the seafood department a lot and I have noticed that the spring rolls are now coming with a side of a dipping sauce in the world smallest container that is hardly half full. It is not enough for two rolls, I tried:/Would love to see the bakery department using less plastic containers when possible, as well as charging ppl for plastic bags at the checkout.That is all wishful thinking though, lots of love to the team!

First time in. Nice store, loved the grab and go food selection. Instead of getting a fast food snack in our travels we stopped here in here to grab something instead. Was a good move. Will be back to try something else soon.

I had bought some sushi from mckinnons and someone who made it decided it would be funny to fill some of them with straight wasabi. never again am i going to get sushi from this place again. took me 5 minutes to get the burning sensation out of my mouth and nose. worst experience ever

I recently purchased several packs of chicken quarters and thighs. However, upon opening them, I immediately noticed a strong sulfuric or rotten egg odor.I urge you to inspect your freezer, as this could potentially lead to a serious health issue. Please take responsibility for your products.

I would say probably 50% of the time we get meat here it's rotten. We stopped going there years ago because we got ribs and haddock that were rotten. Recently we tried again because we were told it got better. We just got a pork belly that is absolutely foul when we opened the package. Definitely done with this place.

Butcher shop was great. Have everything you need. Fresh seafood and deli counter. Desserts and prepared meals. Great store.

I love McKinnon's. They have the best meats and a large selection. They also have a pretty shockingly exceptional grocery area, stocked with lots of hard to find and gourmet items. This is my go-to place when I am trying to make a fancy dinner, it's a one stop shop for me. I prefer McKinnon's over On the Vine in Newmarket.

There is nothing bad I could ever say about McKinnon’s. To start the store is very clean and has a wide selection of everything to suit anyone’s needs. If you are in the area, be sure to stop in! You never will be let down.

High priced store for everything. Worst quality food with the exception of the meat which I never tried. I have purchased several items the 2 times I went there in the prepared foods dept & 90% of it was God awful! Inedible. Tasteless, poor quality, actually made us sick..I tried calling the store to complain more than 20 times to no avail. You cannot get a human on the phone. Ever. The bakery dept sucks too. The bagels and cakes are beyond disgusting. I can't believe I wasted my money on trash..you can get better food at the dollar store.

When there for the sales. Wanted bone in ribs . got home more than half we bone less. Chicken wings ok lots of fat hanging on. Sausages only thin were good. Not happy.
