This review replaces an earlier review I mistakenly made for a different Mattress Firm store location. My experience at the Portsmouth store was excellent. Cameron went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I had with a previous purchase and helped me find a different mattress that suited my needs much better. He was knowledgeable and patiently took the time to find a solution and helped me avoid incurring higher costs, which I was grateful for. Their delivery service was terrific—prompt and friendly. I love my new mattress, which ended up being exactly what I needed. I would recommend this Mattress Firm location. Thank you, Cameron!

Cameron was great!! His knowledge of the different mattresses helped us make a decision on which one to buy. He also listened to what we wanted and did not want in a mattress.
Would definitely recommend Mattress Firm, especially the Portsmouth, NH one.

My wife and I had a great experience choosing a new king size bed. Cameron did a great job at explaining to us the pros and cons of each type of mattress and bed frame. He took about an hour with us to explain the different available options and offer expertise. In the end it was kind of a "pick 3, here's your lowest price point your mid price point and your high price point" and we went with the mid price point.

I went there for a firm Mattress, was about of buy a new one when the gm offer me a clearance mattress that according what he said was in a good shape and it met all the standards that qualified it as a firm mattress, Today after four months I can say that it was the worst decision I made, the mattress has been a complete disaster and I knew it from the first week of using it, I sink into it and instead of resting I wake up more tired than when I went to bed and to top it off I can't return it according to their clearance policy, how I wish I hadn't listened to the suggestions of a manager who only wanted to get rid of damaged merchandise.

We were in the store twice. First time we made a deal of 3 beds. For us as parents and 2 more beds for our children. We purchased the highest grade Tempor Pedic bed. It was the middle of August. We did not receive a discount beyond the existing promotion. We received the transport free of charge even though we gave a very nice tip to the movers. We were told that any bed frame with headboard we purchased on Amazon would fit the beds and mattresses we purchased. In practice it turned out to be a bitter mistake. To this day, the 3 headboards of the children's beds and ours lean against the wall because we could not attach them to the bed frame we bought. The beds have an electric motor. The sales agent who was in the store specifically misled us about this!! We had to saw off part of the frame we bought for the parents' bed in order for it to fit the bed. For this purpose we had to buy an electric saw. Really unnecessary!!!! We relied on the sales agent and invested $6,000 in a 3-bed deal that we paid all on the spot!! In practice we were disappointed by this. A week ago we visited the store again. The mattress we bought does not fit our back and we have back pain. We changed the mattress as we deserve to another mattress. We had to add 100 dollars for a replacement for a Beauty Rest mattress which is the equivalent of a Tempor Pedic and add another 100 dollars for transportation!!! I note again that there were promotions for the end of August and Labor Day that we did not receive. Secretary that so far we have invested 6200 dollars in the transaction!! I think you should make more of an effort to retain customers like us who paid a lot of money to your store and network and put their trust in you. We were disappointed with the treatment of us as respected customers and the treatment of our money. We will not recommend this network. You have lost us as customers and also all our acquaintances and friends. sad.

Went in there to buy a mattress told the guy my price range he proceeded to laugh in my face and say when you have more money come talk to me than proceeded to offer a 109 dollar mattress that look like it was in a murder investigation mind you i had a 900 limit I was willing to spend so don't go here very bad customer service and they treat you like you're homeless and have no money very sad to see that these days when we spend 2/3 of our life on a mattress FYI amazon and bjs have better mattresses for alot cheap ended spending half the money with no disrespect ?

Working with Cameron was excellent! I went in with an idea of what I thought I wanted and he ended up giving great advice and even found the brand of mattress I really wanted on clearance and gave me a great price. I also purchased a second twin mattress for the home. Highly recommend!
