i went in the other day to return an apron and the woman at the register gave me the wrong amount back onto my card. i asked her if i could have the extra 6 dollars she owed me and she said no because aprons would be labeled under hoisery and would never be found under the bath and body section. hoisery means garments and socks which i purchased. i came in the next day to get my money back and in return they did the same thing and took the same amount as before back and didn’t give me the correct amount:/

Lots of negative comments here, but they have aged a bit. We found helpful staff though we didn't require much assistance. The store was well organized, and we located the bedding items we needed with little searching. The prices are good; that's one of the benefits of shopping at Marshalls, and we were able to buy pilows and sheets without breaking the bank. That said, it's a Marshalls, and most of us know what's up when we walk in. There were no surprises here, but happily for all not any bad ones.

Very disorganized and hard to find things. I mean its clean it appears, but definitely not easy to find things. I get it's a discount store, but even most of those are better organized. I will periodically find a shirt or something and the price is usually right on, but gotta be able to find it....
