Joanne was extremely kind and helpful, emblematic of the customer service that is so so hard to come by nowadays. It is clear that she knows what she is talking about when it comes to merchandising. I highly recommend stopping by for her fashion advice and expertise! She even showed me and another customer a little fashion tip for wearing jumpsuits!

Recently ordered 2 tops (which I love) and when the package arrived there was a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase and hoping I enjoyed it. Then attached to each top was a handwritten note addressed to me giving suggestions on how to wear them. Love the clothes and this personal touch!!

The shorter older woman with the light brown hair was incredibly rude and dismissive. Overall just very unpleasant and I wouldn't support their business with a purchase.

We have stopped into the boutique a couple times. Jen was extremely personable, helpful, and genuinely interested in our conversations. Charlene finally found the perfect denim jacket at Lizology! She was so happy!!

Beautiful clothing. Many different styles and options. great customer service. They ship. prices are very reasonable! Basically, I LOVE this store. I shopped here when I visited and now I am a loyal customer living in VA since they ship! I am starting to get a closet full of amazing clothes from them. Everytime I wear something I have bought from here, i get so many compliments. Every. Time.

This is my absolute favorite store in downtown. It's filled with styles that are comfortable and cool. The styles fit women of all shapes and sizes. Prices are reasonalble and best of all the service and people are extremely helpful and they truly make your shopping experince fun. Thanks. I'll be in soon to pick some spring color.

My wife and I visited Lizology friday afternoon and had one of the most positive shopping experiences I can remember. The store manager, Jenn, was incredibly helpful and gave genuinely honest feedback (she never once pressured us into a sale, we really felt like she just wanted my wife to look and feel beautiful)! My wife purchased two dresses that she never would have looked twice at if it weren't for Jenn's suggestions. If you're ever in Portsmouth New Hampshire, make sure you stop in and check out all of their unique clothing.
