I have been going to Lafayette Animal Hospital for four years now. I called this morning asking for a price for an ultrasound. The woman at the front desk asked me what it was for. I asked" what does it matter, what it's for? " I just wanted a price. I called a second time, spoke with them.I told her it was on the abdomen and asked, what was the price? Was told the manager was in a meeting, I had called an hour and a half later and I was told that I would get an email with the cost of the ultrasound. I checked my email an hour and a half after that there was nothing there now it's 4 o'clock . Normally the anywhere you go for any service, establishment gives a price right up front on how much something is . I called three times for an ultrasound ,on the abdomen, medium size dog what is the price? Is that such a hard question to answer, when they have price list for everything else ? Manager gets on the phone and states that she believes that I mistreating her staff. When the only thing I'm doing is asking for a price on the treatment .Whitney , the manager stated"if I don't like it, I could find a a new vet." I've never had a conversation with this Manager. She is new to this establishment. This is our first interaction and the four years that I've been going to Lafayette Animal Hospital, never have I ever spoken to this woman. I grabbed my pets records and left. I am seeking an honest vet will give you the price right up front. Instead of inflating it, for profit! I've already called a few vets the last few days and they gave me the price right up front! Good bye! I'm sure there will be another vet will take my money and treat us better than Whitney the manager! Overflating the prices to pay for the new location is disgraceful. Dr. Courtney Abbot is wonderful!

"Dr. Josh" sucks. He was very short and borderline rude. It was easy to see he was guessing about what he was diagnosing. I felt zero confidence with this guy as my dog's vet. No chance we will ever go back there. Also, we didn't even get discharge papers!!!! Total hack job. No clue how this guy is a DVM. He didn't even seem to care like vets usually do. Idc about me. That's fine. But show my dog love. He didn't even do that. Worst vet experience ever by far. Justin Marshall Seabrook, NH

I trust no other than this practice for my dear Sophie! The care and concern for pets and owners alike is evident when one first enters the building. The front end staff are helpful, efficient and polite. The vet technicians are thorough and gentle with pets and support the skilled veterinarians . I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Brown-Henry !! An exemplary veterinarian practice all around ! I highly recommend this competent, clean and caring professional practice.

Our English Bulldog Maximus, goes to Lafayette Animal Hospital weekly for his laser treatments! They have changed his life! Whitney is amazing and so is the rest of the crew!

Since moving from Texas, I was searching for a vet home. After several people recommended Lafayette Animal Hospital, I scheduled well checks and shots. I'm super impressed with everyone! The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. I loved the convenience of online scheduling as well. The vet tech Jillian and Dr. Arsenault were excellent! Very caring and compassionate. Upfront and clear communication about costs, procedures, etc. I am very pleased and will return.

've been taking my dog to Lafayette Animal Hospital for over 3 years, and I've always been impressed with the level of care that we've received. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.One of the things that I appreciate most about Lafayette Animal Hospital is their attention to detail. They always take the time to get to know my dog and his individual needs. They also make sure to explain all of the treatment options available to me, and they help me to choose the best course of treatment for my budget and my dog's needs.Lafayette Animal Hospital is also very responsive. If I have any questions or concerns, I can always call the office and get a prompt response. They're also very flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments.Overall, I highly recommend Lafayette Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional animal hospital. The staff is truly dedicated to providing the best possible care for all of their patients.

Lafayette Animal Hospital is an a wonderful place to bring your fur babies. They always go out of their way to get appointments scheduled in a timely manner, based on the reason for the appointment. Our pups especially enjoy seeing Dr. Abbott, she’s so caring and patient. Taking the time to listen to any specific questions or concerns and making sure our dogs feel comfortable during the visit. But overall, entire staff is so wonderful and caring! And not too mention, always following up with a phone call to check in after procedures and appointments.

I brought my two Maine Coons to see Dr. Arianna Brown- Hendry and she was amazing! So professional and so informative with every aspect of the check up! I have confidently switched over to Lafayette Animal Hospital to be my home vet! I am bringing both of my dogs this week for their annual check ups! I am excited to have Lafayette Animal Hospital as my new home for my animals!

Wonderful service! I had to schedule a wellness check for my dog and was able to get in within a week as a new client. As it turns out, my dog needed a more urgent exam before the original one was scheduled and LAH was able to accommodate us. The entire staff at LAH have been prompt, communicative, resourceful, and kind. I should also mention that they were extremely busy during my many visits there and I never would have known unless I asked. This shows me how hard working they are and how much they truly care about their patients and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love Lafayette Animal Hospital. Been with them since my pup was 17 wks old. He’s now 9.5 and recently come into some health issues. They are always so compassionate with their care and prompt with their responses about any concerns or questions I’m having. I wish people-medicine operated like they do.

All I can say is that they will do whatever it takes to make sure it works for you. I can't thank them enough for what they do for my dog. We have been going to the same vet for 25 years. Every single one of the vets, techs, and receptionists, are some of the most selfless people. They always explain everything, making sure we dont have questions, they take their time. I can't say enough about them. They are truly the best.
