If you are looking for an engagement ring, look no further! Belinda and Dinah are two of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I have met. They worked with my husband to pick out the ring of my dreams (see pictures below!) :) We picked out our wedding bands at Kaya together and it was such a fun, easy and joyful experience. Every time I walk into Kaya, I am filled with so much happiness, love and positive energy. They always offer to professionally clean my ring, and are just the best!

My husband surprised me with a ring for our 40th Wedding Anniversary but it was too big. I called around looking for a place that would resize it without having to send it away. I called Kaya Jewelers and had to leave a message. Not long after I got a call back from Karen saying that her husband could do it the same day while we went for lunch in their Newburyport store! We made an appointment for today and lo and behold I am wearing my beautiful ring in the right size! Thank you so much for being so responsive and to your husband for being such an amazing craftsman! You will be our new hometown jeweler for sure!

Kerim, Belinda, and their team are fantastic and have treated us like family every time we come into the store (even with our puppy, Maya)!

Kaya was our fourth (and final) stop looking for an engagement ring. Within moments it became clear that it was the place I wanted to buy the ring from. Dinah was SO helpful and very focused on helping us find exactly what we were looking for. In the end, we had them make a custom ring that was beyond perfect.
I will absolutely be returning for all my future jewelry needs!

My husband wanted to get me a new ring for our anniversary, because I never felt super connected to my original engagement ring. My best friend brought me to Kaya to try a few things on and we had intended to visit other local jewelers after. We never made it anywhere else because I fell head over heels not just for this ring but for the heart & soul of this shop. I tried on a few rings that I actually hated on my fingers and started to regret even looking. Then they pulled out this absolutely gorgeous ring and I’ve never felt more connected to a new piece. It fits in well with my other rings passed down from my late grandmother & late mother but it’s my own and that is so special. If you haven’t already, you must visit Kaya! I love that they specialize in ethical, sustainable, and lab-grown and they make you feel so cared for. I am a customer for life ?
