I really enjoyed the classes at first, which weren't too challenging. Though I'm bigger than most of the people in the classes I attended, I got through it pretty easily compared to others. However, I needed the occasional modification, because I had wrist surgery and knee issues. Everything went well until one day I asked Ryan about modifying something in the workout plan and he said I'd figure it out. Sorry, but the classes are too expensive for the trainer to be saying that. I'm also not going to be talked down to while working out. In general, a girl in a few of the classes I attended brought her dog and it would always get in the way. A gym is not a place for a dog - it's dangerous!! The owner and dog owner should respect that it's not a private class and people have allergies. I would do the same workout if it was somewhere else.

I can’t thank my friend for introducing me to Hybrid Fitness. The absolute best thing that I could’ve imagined. Just working the body the way it should be worked, I’m absolutely enjoying getting my but kicked. Great encouragement from other members!

Ryan and the team at Hybrid are the best of the best. Ryan took the time to listen to my fitness goals and customized a fitness routine that worked for my body. He's incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, welcoming and results-driven. I would highly recommend him and the staff a Hybrid to anyone looking to begin or up-level their fitness journey. Bonus points for always having a great playlist during workouts!

I have been going to hybrid for about 3 years now. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and the entire program he runs. I have to navigate a tough schedule with timing and travel and he has been nothing but accommodating throughout these years. Ryan and Rob are so knowledgeable in all aspects of strength, conditioning, nutrition, etc. The programs they run are perfect for people of all experience levels and strengths. Thank you Ryan and Rob for all that you do and I would recommend Hybrid to anyone looking for a gym/workout program!

I found Hybrid when i was struggling with my monotonous life and wanted to have some structure to my physical fitness regime. I have loved going to Hybrid every single day for the last couple years and working out with the best crew and trainers. Thank you Ryan, Rob and Chris for all the gains and helping me keep sane..

Dropped in for a workout while I was in town with family and was one of the better classes I've had in a very long time. Instruction and feedback were on point, exercises were scalable, crowd was friendly, and I left drenched and feeling like I earned it. 10/10 will be back again soon.

Hybrid is intense. I get my butt kicked, and it's excellent. Group training with lots of support. Highly recommend grabbing a 10 class punch card and giving them a try.

I absolutely love Hybrid Fitness. I've been attending for just over a month and the classes are outstanding, along with excellent instruction. I love their programming! It allows you to see strength gains AND its functional fitness, which for me is clutch with where I chose to work out. Also, the lunch time classes are perfect! If you work on Pease, there is no reason you can't hit a lunch time burn or lift! Thanks, Hybrid!!

This is coming from someone who always said she hated group fitness. Hybrid has completely shifted and challenged that ‘truth’ for me. The studio, coaches, equipment, and training is state of the art. I feel a beautiful balance of being supported and challenged. I have been going to Hybrid for over a year now and it has positively impacted every single area of my life.

Ryan and the hybrid trainers know their stuff. IMHO much better than cross fit. Focus is on quality of movement not quantity. Circuit training can be rough but it's good. The 10-15 minutes spent on opening his, shoulders and joints is key.

I've had many years of experience with personal trainers and group training and I can honestly say this has been the most rewarding experience. The circuits are well thought out, Ryan's attention to the participants is personalized and consistent, the workouts are amazing and the support of all your workout buddy's is inspiring - especially for someone like me fighting my way back down to my best weight and fitness level late in life. You have to check this place out - top notch in every way.
