My taxes were initially filed incorrectly. When I brought this to their attention it took about a week for a response and I had to call the office multiple times. Once filed correctly, they tried to charge me again for a filing fee. They didn't talk with me personally when filing to help find any additional deductions I may have had. Extreme delay in communication and lack of attention to detail.

Absolutely horrible service, made a appointment twice, only to get there and find out I had no appointment because they have Absolutely no clue how to manage their schedule, if they can't even get appointments correct how can they possibly do taxes accurately?. Don't wast your time find a company that knows how to manage their business!
