Awesome store, organized, and wonderful, unique products at decent prices. Do not use the 3rd party delivery service. I know they aren't associated, but Homesense, as a company, should consider cutting the delivery service off and not promote them at all. I tried to make an appointment several times on the app with no results. I called several times to make an appointment to deliver the furniture I just purchased, all they did was tell me they would call me back with a day and time and they never did. Awful experience with that delivery company. Get rid of them.

Stopped here for the first time today and bought a nightstand. I really liked the selection of furniture and the prices are reasonable. Only thing is employees on the floor seemed scarce and when I did see employees they were in a group and not interacting with customers.

Sold me a broken mirror. I came back to exchange it and found the other two on their shelf were broken in the same way, probably due to lack of care in shipping or displaying. The manager told me there was no possibility of a cash refund and I would have to accept store credit. $80 for a plastic mirror and it's broken... shameful. If my boss told me it was store policy to scam a customer, I'd spit in his face and quit on the spot.
