Being new to hot tubs and not knowing what to look for, Rich at Great Bay was very informative, consultative and transparent. Just the type of sales process we needed as Rich took the time to understand our needs and educate us on the options best suited for us. Post sale experience has been great too, they are quick to respond to any questions I have had since the tub was delivered. Would 10/10 recommend shopping with them for your first or next hot tub!

Great Bay Spa replaced a very worn out & heavy hot tub cover. They did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier with the new cover!!! I highly recommend their services. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Great Bay Spa & Sauna enough. My experience from being properly educated at the beginning, to the purchase, install and delivery was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer anywhere.
They have come out to my home twice to perform service requests that were due entirely to my lack of understanding, have helped me with supplies and troubleshooting and have been courteous and professional all along the way.
If you’re in the market for a hot tub or sauna you’d be doing yourself a favor by starting and finishing with Great Bay.

From the very first time we walked in the door to the day the tub arrived, Rich and Jess and the rest of their team have been amazing. They helped us sort through all of the options and different tubs. They were knowledgeable and answered ALL of our questions! The whole process was seamless and we could t be happier!

Incredibly positive experience! Jessica spent a lot of time helping us pick the right hot tub and gave us a good deal. Alan provided lots of technical guidance for the electrical and building the platform. This allowed the electrician to connect the tub without a hitch. The installation crew did a great job delivering and setting up the hot tub. Given the size and weight of the tub, remarkably there was no damage to the lawn. They had it setup and ready to go in just a couple of hours. We’ve had the hot tub for 2 months and everything is working perfectly! Everyone at Great Bay Spa gave us great advice and service. We were planning to shut the tub down at the end of the summer, but they all said we should run it into the winter, and I think we’re going to listen to them. This was our first hot tub purchase. Could not have gone any better!

Terrible customer service for this company when it comes to getting any work done on your hot tub that’s is only 2 years old!
Leaking water, pump is going and plastic on the lights keep breaking. We haven’t been able to use our hot tub for weeks due to the issues going on.
Called to get a technician to come service our tub to find out what’s going on with it and we keep getting told they are “trying” to find time for us on their schedule.
Would not recommend this company if you need work done to your hot tub that’s under warranty.

The hot tub I purchased from the store fulfilled all my expectations. Not having any knowledge of hot tubs, Alan assisted me and guided me through the process. He was quick to respond and provided great customer service.
