Picked up large package that got held at this location after a missed residential delivery. The folks here were very helpful and so easy to work with. Made the whole experience so much more enjoyable than every other customer service interaction I've had recently. Feels good to feel seen and helped out in the world!

I went to FedEx to get a small memorial card printed for a funeral, which is just two days from now. Jeff was so helpful in getting the cards printed. I was nervous that we wouldn't have the cards in time for the funeral but Jeff emailed me a proof within about an hour of receiving the initial design. We decided to go back to FedEx to look at the proof in-person and it was perfect. He offered to print them on the spot so we wouldn't have to come back tomorrow. It's been a stressful week of planning and Jeff made this so easy for us.

My wife went into the Portsmouth location today for some signs for an event we're having tomorrow. She had trouble with the computer and what they needed from her and stopped doing what they were in the middle of and helped her. The associate named Steve, was very beyond helpful and walked her through the process and they'll be ready in the morning. I can't thank him enough. I commend him for his dedication and his patience. Customer service at this location is top notch from my wife's experience. Highly recommend this business!

It is OK. The staff is never great, and sometimes just odd. A new girl there on staff today just creeped me out.On another note: The location is good. The hours are good, and a bit better than most. For that I am thankful. At least 2 locations within an hour have better days of operation, and hours in some cases.There are some things that I have to hunt for, but I know some places just don't sell them anymore. Usually, I find this item is carried in the Nashua, NH FedEx Office, but I hate going there. Though it's a decent location for some, it's a one way street, and the next light that it forces you to go to takes FOREVER (sometimes over 10-20 minutes) to change.

So our business, which is open part time, had a package held at FedEx. I went to pick it up the following day, in a severe rainstorm, and after much hemming and hawing, FedEx refused to release it. Reason: I didn't have a business card on me. Infuriating but rules are rules however, the next day they released the package (a coffee cup!) to one of our employees...who doesn't have a business card and wasn't asked for a business card. Hmmm.

Unreliable for FedEx delivery service. My time-sensitive package sat on site for over 24 hours. I dropped it off at 830 in the morning and it wasn’t processed/picked up until 6 PM the following day. No one can explain how or why it didn’t get picked up by the driver the day I left the package. Weather was not the issue.

My son is in the United States Coast Guard and was stationed here in Portsmouth for his first duty station in January 2020. He has needed to ship several things home to California in the past year. We have also needed to ship things home while there visiting. Nothing but kindness and attention to detail here. They go above and beyond. A+ 100% all the way. Thank you for all the help with our precious items.

The staff are wonderful and helpful, and I very much appreciate them. Over my past 4 visits to this store, unfortunately, every time there has been a major issue with one or multiple of the scanning machines. I have truly never encountered a store with more routine issues with its basic equipment, it is honestly shocking. The staff have been so accommodating every time, which I am grateful for, but it’s taken me at least twice as long or multiple trips to this store to do basic scanning! Maybe the machines need updating? It’s just been a hilarious comedy of errors each of the 4 times I have been there.

Terrible SLOW service!!!! Don't go in there if you're handicapped. No place to sit. And you need to park a ways away from the front door and walk all the way to the back of the building to get help. Searched and struggled to find the form only to be told they do the form online. Put up a sign!!! And since last year you need a government I'd to send a fedex. No sign or anything. So I left without getting helped. I was unable to walk all the way out to my car and then all the way back to the counter and wait AGAIN for the very SLOW customer service. BEWARE this location is not handicapped friendly or customer friendly. The girl with the black clipped off hair is so slow - find another place to mail your items. Very upset about this!!
