Drive through sucks. Basically just rinses your car off. This was the result of their talk of the town wash. Waste of money.

The monthly subscription price is nice, but the service is hit or miss depending on whos working.
When I brought up an issue a few weeks ago two of the workers are so rude and dismissive I debated canceling my subscription. The 2 older men don't line tou up properly on the track and it causes you to bump around and stall instead of mobing smoothly the entire time, upon having a recording of this issue the older workers refused to watch the video and told me if I didn't like it to cancel my subscription.
The younger guys are great, kind and professional.
The actual wash is nothing special, bit it does the job.

Worst car wash ever. Water pressure is so low it doesn't even get the soap off . And the blower is like dead . When my car dried it didn't even look like it was washed. Go to Mr.Bubbles on the other side of town. Way better car wash by 150%. I will never go back to envi.

The interior of my car looked like a sandbox after over a year of going to the beach on a daily basis.I had heard good things about them (didn’t read the reviews) and booked an appt.They did a great job. I have no clue how they got the majority of the sand out, but they did!The only drawback is the scent they put inside the car. I’m basically gagging it’s so powerful. Not sure if it’s the leather treatment but it’s STRONG. And this was not an inexpensive endeavor…$300 plus tip.However, my car looks brand new and I would do it again-only this time beg them not to use such a strong scent in the interior.

The little 5 foot NOTHING guy that works there is a rude ANGRY little man....I've been a LONG TIME Monthly paying customer and I SWEAR...one more rude comment from this ANGRY LITTLE TROLL and I'm looking for something new...I suspect they use recycled water and my car always has bad water spots..

Stopped here after work for a basic car wash, I pulled into the car port and was not greeted, but yelled at by an attendant for pulling too far up in the car port. I promptly corrected my car, and then apologized profusely. The attendant was completely rude, unprofessional, and didn't make me feel safe. I was ready to back out of the carport altogether but didn't want to risk it. I ended up getting the cheapest package and the value was what you'd expect, but still slightly disappointing. I will 100% not be returning.

The service I received at this place has always been subpar at best. After going to this place on and off for the past three years. The staff has frequently bent over the side of bed of my truck. Also, having to manually pull up on a bar to let my vechile go through simply isn't a good look. The place is simply outdated. Do not recommend going and will not be back.

Not well operating standards. Calling cops on paying guest and then acting like there is nothing wrong with it is just bad business. As the owner ? would spend more time on updates and making sure your gear works better. Kinda not a good experience. Would highly recommend not going here!!!

I've been coming here for ten years, but no more. I was washing my truck when a guy with tattoos comes running and screaming at me that I was going to rip the pipes out. I thought he was going to attack me. He took the hose out of my hands and demanded I leave the property or he would call the cops. I was shocked. I was nowhere near the pipes and know enough to watch for stuff like that. So I didn't get my money back, didn't get my truck washed, and got aggressively approached by an employee. I don't recommend this place to anyone. It used to be the best place to wash my trucks. Prices have gone up too!!! All bad, nothing good.

The employees here are among the rudest I've ever met. I have been a customer for over a year since I moved to Portsmith paid for their most expensive monthly membership. I have been accosted twice.verbally, sworn at and tonight's when I made an error and put myself into drive by accident for a second was screamed at and told to leave. They said they're cancelling my membership. They damaged my car, didn't say anything. Refused to brush down my truck and the one time I said something they screamed at me I don't tip enough. I tried to call ownership to complain no response. Tonight I hope that the two men working at the car wash find some peace because based their behavior they really need to. The "manager" started jawing about.me when I pulled up to clean my running boards with the sprayers. It's kind of a little insane how bad a couple actors these guys are.
