We had a situation where our personal car had an issue that needed to be dealt with in the middle of a road trip. We called the Portsmouth Enterprise to see about renting a vehicle less than an hour from their closing. They made our reservation quickly over the phone and had a car waiting when we arrived shortly thereafter. We were greeted by super friendly associates who made the whole process so easy. We were back on the road within the hour. Thank you all for helping us get to our destination and back. I'd recommend this location highly. ?

This Enterprise Car Rental rescued me with a new vehicle when another agency left me stranded with a flat tire (no spare). The Enterprise assistant manager Shane (?sp) drove from their location to my city with the new rental car. So grateful. Enterprise gets my business now.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car team at 155 Mirona Rd,Portsmouth, NH 03801 were amazing! I had an unfortunate deer strike with my new Ford Explorer and when Tucker ask me if I had a vehicle preference for my rental, he was able to get me back into a Ford Explorer. It was like I was still driving my own vehicle. Thank you Tucker, Nick, and the rest of the team for taking great care of us!

The Car we rent at another branch stopped running. We were told by the call center of rental car company to get to this branch to have a replacement a car. We arrived after the closing time, but they patiently waited for us and offerred us a car. We really appreciate how they made us relieved by kind help and instruction.

We rent often and there have been changes over the last couple years. Enterprise has greatly improved their customer service in the last year, albeit at higher prices. Locality is what keeps me coming back, but it's now with more pleasure as they have improved the experience with more newer cars and additional trained staff.

The whole staff was kind and welcoming, truly refreshing customer service after a hiccup on a trip, that left me without a car. I couldn't have asked to go to a better group to help me and my girlfriend get back on the road. They are the reason that when I rent a car again, it will be through enterprise.

I always rent from them while in NH. Their hours are not the best, closed at noon on Saturday. This visit I was told by the guy who completed my rental agreement that if I used their transponder there was a one time charge of $4.95 and just tolls after that. Upon checking in I was told differently. That it was a $4.95 charge each day. I never would have used their transponder as I have one if he told me it was a daily charge. Why would you charge a daily fee on a weekly rental for tolls? NOT good customer service.

Couldn’t be any easier. Walked in to a nice greeting, showed my license, was asked which car I preferred out of the 2 available in the class I reserved, was given a brief tour of the vehicle, and I was on my way! Will definitely be using this location again. In and out in under 5 minutes.

It is always a pleasure to rent a car from Enterprise. Their agents are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Both pickup and return this past week in Portsmouth New Hampshire were easy as pie.

I wrecked my car hitting a raccoon on the highway and needed a rental quickly and over an extended period of time. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting at the Portsmouth Mirona Rd location, both on the phone and in person, we’re amazing. The service they gave was warm, friendly and genuine. I really appreciated that during a very stressful time! Thank you guys!!!

Assisted me with a rental after an accident. Contacted me, to tell me the insurance co had extended my rental due to their delay. Spared me from having to go there to find out I could keep it. VERY HELPFUL!
