Placed my order for delivery for valentines day, it never showed up. I called next day to track and it says out for delivery.. never shows again.. call edible store doesn't call back or pick up the phone..I call corporate and get automated runaround.. service is a nightmare here if there's any issue. They don't care after they have your money..

Don't order from here if you'd like everything you paid for delivered. Tried calling the store but got put through to the customer service line only to get the run around. Was told the store would contact me. Store made a second delivery without contacting me and didn't even deliver the correct missing items. Tried to call the store again and was yet again put through the customer service line and given the run around. Had to ask for a refund for the missing items but even then I still got the run around, saying they have to confirm it with the store. Guess confirmation from a customer isn't enough. Your time and money are much better spent elsewhere - unless you want to pay extra for incompetence and rudeness.

I am extremely disappointed in this location. I was sworn at, and when I asked to speak to a manager they had someone call posing as a manager. I did address the actual manager and his response was "What do you want me to do" and hung up on me. I then called back to cancel the order and the manager said "You're going to stiff us for what we've already made" and then yelled "Don't order from here again" and then hung up again on me. Extremely disappointing.

Very happy with the service I received and the quality of the fruit. I sent an edible fruit arrangement to a relative for New Year's. They were very pleased. The fruit was fresh, tasted great and overall arrangement looked nice. Thank you to Melissa and Tom.

I ordered a bouquet of strawberries with a wedding card that I payed extra for - they did not send the card and when I called about it the manager TOM was so rude and said we had no card stock paper and I can't notify everyone about that! And hung up on me! So upset on how he treated me! Discussed!

I am so disappointed in this location. I placed an order for deliver to a local school the website notes delivery by 3pm to schools. At 3:30 I called the store and get routed through an automated system, you cannot talk to a person. I called corporate to see why it has not delivered and am told it has been rescheduled. No phone call, no email, no notification at all. They gave me 5 different reasons why it hadn't been delivered, none of them making any sense. They said they called at 2:10 yesterday, but I have no incoming calls near that time yesterday and still no emails through my order confirmation and marketing emails have come through just fine. They keep telling me they will just refund me, but I DO NOT want that. All I want is to know it will be delivered tomorrow morning, clear communication and confirmation- not the run around. I hope when it finally arrives it is at least nice.

Ordered an arrangement to be sent to my significant others work the next day. Unfortunately I accidentally entered the wrong address, but through persistence and a little investigative work I assume on the delivery drivers end they found where the package was really meant for despite my brain fart and went the extra mile to deliver it to the correct address. Can't thank you guys enough she absolutely loved it, will definitely recommend to anyone that asks. Fantastic work.

I just want to say, it's rare to order something online and have it delivered looking better than the photo. OK, it's NEVER happened for me before now. We ordered our boss an arrangement for her retirement. She couldn't stop raging how beautiful and huge the arrangement was! We didn't see it, but she made it sound much more grand than we purchased. Thank you for giving her a great send off.

I placed an order on line to be delivered the following day to a school as a thank you to the staff. I did not put a request as a time for delivery assuming that common sense would dictate that it be delivered during school hours. They delivered it at 3:40 after the regular school day had ended and most of the staff had left. Luckily someone was still there to receive it, but now that person is stuck with trying to find how to store it at the school without having the fruit go bad or take it home. This was one of their larger arrangements, not an easy task at the end of the day. When I called to complain they tried to focus the blame on me. They said I didn't put a specific time in the notes section, and in the same breath mentioned that they do not guarantee a specific time delivery. In addition, they told me that the address was incorrect and it sent them two miles out of their way (apparently an excuse for late delivery), though that should only account for about 10 minutes. I doubled checked the address I entered and it was CORRECT. Customer service was poor to say the least. I would have been more satisfied if they at least accepted some form of responsibility for the late delivery. In the end I felt like I wasted a lot of money as it was not enjoyed by the staff as it should have been. Good product but not good if it doesn't get there at a reasonable time. I will not be using their service again.

Sent an arrangement to my daughter and her family. Ordered on Friday evening and it was delivered before noon on Saturday. Looked exactly like the picture on the website. My daughter and her family were so pleased! The fruit was fresh and delicious and my granddaughters loved how the pineapple was cut into shapes. Highly recommend!

I have received a few arrangements from the Portsmouth store. The chocolate dipped strawberries are my favorite. All the fruit was very fresh & delicious. It puts a smile on my face whenever I receive something from Edible Arrangements!
