Jay (salesman), Dale (sales Manager) and Jessica (finance) were outstanding to work with. I've bought a couple other vehicles out of sate before from other dealers and the experiences were a complete disaster. The team at Bournival made this experience seamless!

I had the best buying experience in my life at Bournival Jeep. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze thanks to sales specialist Jeremy Brocato and business manager Jessica Gorman. If you’re interested in a Jeep look no further than Bournival you won’t regret it.

The process could not have been easier at Bournival Jeep. This dealership had the inventory when no one else around did. Jason was an excellent sales person who walked me through the process and Jessica in finance who got thru the system quickly and made sure I did not have any questions.

I can't speak to the Sales side, but the Service Department seems to have a lot of problems. If you want to talk to someone who sounds like they hate their job, talk anyone in the Service Department. Scheduled and dropped my Cherokee off twice to get work done. Both times, I received a call around noon to say they couldn't do the work that day but they would try to get it done in the next couple of days. There are too many other Jeep dealers around for them to provide such poor service.

ZERO STARS i bought my Dodge Challenger here several years ago so i brought it here when i had an issue. i informed them of my issue BEFORE making appointment and was told they DO service Dodge. My window bounces a little up and down when vehicle turned off and drains battery.Today 2 hours later and $180 spent i am no closer to having issue resolved. I am told my battery is low and needs to be replaced cant look at it further. This will cost $550 would you like us to do that? i said NO thats not the issue and know it drains i unplug it when not driving window issue draining it. Prior discussion on this. Most likely door module. Lengthy written about in Dodge Challenger forums. After leaving and driving it 10 minutes battery tests good no issues. Bryan insists they cant diagnose further until i get a new battery. $550 they want! I dont need one. Once again thats not why i brought it here to be looked at Never took my door apart to test it as I was told would happen.
Showed them video of my window issue. Bryan said its not doing it at that moment (LIE) so cant diagnose it and wont look at it until further until battery replaced $550. Bryan said they are not Dodge and i should bring it to Dodge dealership they dont do Dodge they are Jeep dealer.
#1 Why did you take it in to look at if you are telling me you dont service Dodge
#2 Why look at it for 2 hours if low battery doesnt allow you to you should have just sent me on my way or just checked the door as you said you would do
#3 blamed it on possible aftermarket radio i installed in my car and/or the low battery IS causing the window issue. My $1800+ professionally installed radio. Lets throw that possibility out there But still Not sure have to charge me more $$$ to diagnose it further. Oops didnt Bryan just tell me to take it to Dodge dealership you dont service Dodge issues? Which is it? You couldnt look at door module as i asked and said you would and DID NOT. Everything looked at but that! This was not what we talked about.
Bryan stated you cant help me you arent Dodge but then you say bring it back when i get new battery so you can diagnose it further. Just like the $180 you charged me a few years back when you said it was a gas tank sensor causing my check engine light to be on and would cost additional $500 to fix on top of diagnostic fee i just paid. Turned out i just needed to tighten my gas cap when i had a technician look at it during inspection elsewhere . You should have never sceduled my appointment if you say you dont service Dodge! Why did you not do anything we discussed and take off door jam inside to look for faulty parts as discussed?
When i mentioned the Dodge Challenger Forum Bryan said not so nicely "you must be smart and know more than our technicians". Is talking down a way to talk to a customer trying to give all the info possible to get this fixed? KEY CHRYSLER took the time and agreed when they saw article duringbdiagnosis last month and agreed its in the door! The door you never checked. Maybe you SHOULD read forums to be more knowledgeable. Classes dont seem to be working. I have never felt so disrespected when im just trying to explain so i can get my already frustrating issue fixed .The battery was fine when i drove it in 2 hours sitting in your shop the window draining the battery is why its testing low.UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE -LIE this was PREVIOUSLY DIAGNOSED AT KEY CHRYSLER DODGE NOT A FORUM!!! the comment about the forum that i made was to show how easy of a fix it is to find. I explained b4 making appointment and not looking to start all over with a diagnosis when i had one already and told you what the issue was. You agreed to check my door and didnt do that. Refund my $180.20 Bryan told me i should not have brought it here you service Jeeps. Told me to go to a Dodge dealer. Never checked door module as he said would be done Now you state hope i come back. For what?- OWNER-You still havent answered my email regarding any of this? Is this how you treat your custo

I recently ordered a 2024 Wrangler through Bournival Jeep. The sales personnel went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle that I was specifically looking for. Everyone of the sales staff were profession, courteous and treated me with the utmost respect. Staff are knowledgable about the vehicles they sell and answered my questions without hesitation. Working with Bournival sales people was a pleasure. They took the time to converse about subjects not specifically related to the purchase and made me feel welcome and at home. I thank everyone in the sales department for an easy, friendly car buying experience. Willis.

Great buying process and excellent sales department! I traded my jeep renegade in for a 2023 Jeep compass. The sales department was excellent Jeremy was helpful, friendly, and kind. Jessica the finance manager took the time before having me signing paperwork to explain the numbers to me. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership with no pressure whatsoever.

I am not new to the jeep family ,as I have purchased 7 vehicles in the past from bournival... My go to guy is always jeremy.... No pressure attitude ... No running back and forth to check w the sales manager a million times ...he has always been a straight shooter... Ever go back to the dealer after you purchased a car and the sales rep that you delt with walks rate by you .... Jeremy earned my repeat business by the simple things like breaking tackles to get to you post sale as you go to service for something as simple as an oil change.... Ever get a 20 plate an it wet after a week an going to fall off ... Jeremy always wraps them in plastic take so they will survive for twenty days ... Even the plate bolts were new ... I purchased a 45 k off lease wrangler this time an he made sure all the license plate bolts were fresh an shiny ... He is always a call text away ,,,, like making a friend you can trust ... If you are still reading this I do have to mention Jessica in the finance end ... Even with an855 credit scores interest rate are higher now .... She apologized like 100 times like she is working with the feds to make our life miserable... You can chit chat with her as you do your paperwork an she won't try to oversell the extras like most dealers .. ok guilty we are dog people.. when we see Alissa the owner walk in with her dog an the place is so dog friendly it warms your heart ...last thing I promise ... Go into the bathroom ... Being in the military for many years I don't know how they can keep that thing so white glove clean ... It's not a dealership .. more like a friendship
