I have been shopping at Bobbles in Portsmouth for about six years… 89% of my wardrobe is from here, perfect conditions perfect wear they don’t tear and Emily is the best stylist I have everrrr shopped with. This franchise in itself is one of my favorite things in life. If you’re in town for a day, or live near by, you absolutely must check them out!!

I'm vacationing in the area & stopped in. I felt very welcomed by the lady who helped me. Super personable & knowledgeable. Also it's very cute, I would visit again.

To have the workers push items in your face to sell is annoying and rude. I was on the phone and both workers, one after the other pushed different items in my face to try on the entire time. This totally ruined my shopping experience.

I have been shopping at Bobbles & Lace for years. The Portsmouth location is disappointing. Awful customer service with pretentious attitudes. The employees were too busy chatting it up and helping their friends find clothes. No greetings. The first B&L I ever went to was in Marblehead, MA, and it was an amazing experience. That was, however, years ago. This franchise has gone downhill. I will no longer shop here.

What a fun and uplifting shopping experience at Bobbles & Lace! Emily Albertini who manages the store is a creative, experienced and thoughtful stylist. She listens and selects pieces that not only fit your body but also fit who you are. It's refreshing to try new things that complement your own style and preferences. Emily has a great team and their enthusiasm and positive energy is contagious.

This is my 2nd time visiting Portsmouth and I had to stop back by Bobbles. The owner is the sweetest person. She makes you feel comfortable and beautiful all at the same time.

i was very dissatisfied with the customer service, specially the woman who seemed to be in charge. i tried to buy and ring and she refused to let me bc she didn’t know how much it was and told me it was going to be too much work to figure it out. then proceeded to practically harassed me abt it while i shopped. then wouldn’t let my friends use her 25$ gift card because she couldn’t figure it out. pure laziness.
