I had previously had experience at Ben's and was always greeted kindly and all the employees that worked with me were pleasant and polite. They did good work the first time however I did have to go back to have them fix something that either wasn't attached 100% properly the first time. BUT they fixed it asap and that was that. Again they were very nice about it.Fast forward a few years. I just brought my Mother's car in for a quick estimate for a fender replacement. I had already gotten two estimates and knew exactly what to expect. Dale at Ben's proceeds to tell me he has to repaint the entire right side of the car to the backseat door and the bumper too! I said, "That will not be necessary as I would only like a new fender and some feathering done on the door so it would match." Dale said, "My shop manager won't allow that and that they wouldn't put their name on it." I restated what I needed then called him out and said, "Are you just trying to get me to leave and not give you my business?"I was so disgusted that Dale was trying to rake me over. To be clear I am paying cash there is no insurance involved. Now to go back to how I was greet by the Dale and the women behind the desk. There was NO greeting. I walked in and politely said I came down for a quick estimate. The woman stared at me for a moment and said, "Okaaaaaay, we need your registration." No hello, how can we help you nothing. Meanwhile Dale just looks at me knowing he is the one that is going to look at the car. He just sits there...He could have come and introduced himself and walked outside or something with me. I walk the registration in...to the women behind the main dest to her desk to hand it to her. It's photocopied and then handed to Dale, again still no intro, no handshake, nothing. I was so disgusted at how both employees lacked ANY decent customer service skills and then I felt as though Dale was trying to take advantage of me. I WILL NEVER USE BEN'S AGAIN AND NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM.

I have used Ben’s several times over the years and my experience has always been positive. They deal with the insurance company so you don’t have to, they can supply a rental car if you don’t want to deal with it, repairs are guaranteed for life of ownership and my car always comes back cleaner than when I dropped it off.

Took my car in for repairs after being struck while parked. Had all info for responsible driver and insurance. Was told the repairs would take around six weeks. Was offered and accepted a rental car from them. Repairers took almost nine weeks. Picked up my car and returned the rental no problem. Now weeks later I received a bill for over $1100 for the rental. Never any discussion about being on the hook for any portion of rental fee. Had I been informed of my being responsible for rental fees I would have returned it at that point. I guess my advice is to not take their rental and deal directly with the insurance company for rental so you know what is covered. What the saying.”their commitment to you is no accident”. Three additional weeks without my car and $1100 for an accident that wasn’t my fault. Maybe that is no accident.Service: Body & Trim

A friend recommended Ben’s after a black ice incident this winter.I was very pleased with their spot-on quote and seamless work with my insurance company. Seriously great service, communication, and follow through. My car was hit, they dealt directly with the insurance company including extra charges they didn't include in the approval. There aren't many drive thru burger places I like up here. I was spoiled with a lot of selection in Texas, so much so that I never bothered with the Wendy's, Mcds or burger kings of the world. This is the place I get my burgers now. The fries are great. Their nuggets are good too. Wife loves their spicy chicken sandwich.

A few weeks back a deer ran infront of my vehicle and my vehicle sustained damage but was still drivable. After doing some research on the best auto body shops around, Ben's came up first. So after dealing with my insurance company they had me go to the body shop to get an estimate of the damage. I called first to ask some questions because I'm a newer driver, with this being my first "accident". I talked with Beth and she told me exactly what to do and what to expect from the process. Same day I went in for an estimate and Beth was there to greet me! I couldn't have been happier with how easy they made the process. They give you good ol fashion customer service! I will always recommend and always go back! You guys rock ?

The crew here is TOP NOTCH. After dealing with them I will never use another body shop. From start to finish it was a great experience and the black paint on the vehicle is flawless. Black can be hard to match up. Great job guys.

First time at Ben's after a truck door opened into my parked car, causing a couple significant dents with paint damage. Within 15 minutes of it happening, I gave them a call, swung by for an estimate and dropped the car off (other person at fault). Jake from Ben's was GREAT. Set me up with a rental and I was on my way. He was in touch once before I went to get my car (to ask me a question on damage) and when swung by grab it, the work they did was outstanding. The door looked brand new. Honest, hardworking people. If I ever have to go to a body shop again, or have an opportunity to recommend one, I strongly suggest Ben's. I have used a couple other local companies before and will never go anywhere else. Thank you Jake and everybody at Ben's!
