Was recommended to Bay Auto but they clearly lack basic human customer service skills. Called to make an appointment to have work done and had already bought the parts myself but was told “I won’t deal with that trash” and got hung up on. Extremely unprofessional and just plain rude. Would definitely NOT recommend this auto shop.
