I can’t say enough about this AT&T store! Kind, professional and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. After spending hours on the phone with customer service, I walked into this Portsmouth location, spoke with Hanna and she was able to promptly resolve my issue. As a 20+ year customer of AT&T, Hanna exemplified the type of customer service that makes loyal customers feel valued and appreciated. Without a doubt, anytime I need to upgrade my phone or alter my plan, I will visit this store to do so!

Worst experience ever!!! They treat customers like an inconvenience and threatened me. The manager even chased me into the parking lot and I felt very unsafe. While fleeing the location, I injured myself. Bleeding in the parking lot the manager continued to threaten me with police involvement while I stood there bleeding upset and injured. All I wanted was an apology. Stay away from this store.

I was helped by Connor and Hannah in the Portsmouth store and it was the best experience I've had in my 20+ years of being an AT&T customer. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, communicated well and got me in and out quickly all while lowering my bill. Well done Connor and Hannah and THANK YOU!

I went into the Portsmouth NH store on Woodbury Ave., Staples Plaza and Taylor helped me out with my new phone . She was extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. I highly recommend the Portsmouth store and Taylor for all your cellular needs. Great customer service makes all the difference . Thank you for a great buying experience.

I have never written a negative review in my life, We have a business account in my husband's name, I am listed as a authorized agent for years and have picked up multiple phones at this location. I pay online, I am told its ready, I follow directions and bring my license and cc we paid with. After a two second conversation with one of the employees, I am told I am not on the account. I pull it up and show her that I am, my husband calls the customer service line, they say I am on there. I wait 20 more minutes because she is now helping someone else. We pull up the account I see my name on the drop down list. She still insists my husband needs to come up to scan his license. It is a 45 minute drive so that's lovely. Extremely abrupt and dismissive, made no sense what so ever, refused to help rectify the situation, just stated can't release from her inventory. If I hadn't already paid and my husband didn't need it for his business, I would have walked out sooner. Not that ATT will care, but we will be keeping our options open for a new provider for our business account. If we operated our business with this kind of customer service we'd be out of business.My husband leaves work drives 45 minutes there. Come to find out the employee that was so unhelpful is the manager :/I added a second star because the customer service rep Connor who helped my husband was great. That being said, we will avoid this store in the future

Great service, honestly shared all Information and answered all questions that we asked with a smile -very clean and organized and as for I saw all the phones to I pads are all in working condition-all testing products!!

Will change this review if resolved.I asked to start my own plan but keep my phone number that is on my fathers plan. I have authority on his account to make any changes.I was told in the store, I have authority but Not to release the number - for that, my father has to call.He calls, and they say to go online. Gave him a link and said they wouldn't just release the number or else it would be lost.My father is in his mid 70s.I'm ready to switch to Verizon after this.

I went to get a problem fixed and I got told it was my own fault and my own issue. I was told I was wrong in my ways. Then the man went to "fix" my phone and cleared my web browser. My web browser contained parts on websites the were absolutely crucial to my work. I lost a lot of websites that contained certain items and I can't get them back I had about 100k worth of parts saved in my web that got cleared because he didn't have the decency to ask if it was okay. He didn't even blink twice as so much to ask if it was okay. This was not okay and I'll be lucky if I can find them again! It's called decency. I will never stop at this store again to get a problem fixed. Somehow it was my fault, and I lost saved items I needed because he couldn't ask. I'm guessing that's my fault as well. If I could give zero stars I would.

After we entered the store, the manager introduced himself and said the wait time is 10-15 minutes, which was acceptable for us. Well 45 minutes later, still waiting. Finally an hour later we had someone to listen our questions. He was nice and attentive, tried to help, but at&t system wouldn't let him do even basic changes on our account. We left with mixed feelings.

The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. From helping me get my new phone set up to helping me get signed up for FIRST NET because of my job it has been nothing but over the top customer service. The manager helped me when I had issues with my new iPad and made sure I was happy with all the products I had got in the store. Definitely the best customer service I have ever had in cell service!
