Had to get a ring resized quickly for my wedding. The lady made it happen in a timely manner but I got it back and it didn't seem resized at all, way too big. Still charged me and now I'm stuck with a band that's too big on wedding day. How do you mess this up? She measured my finger while I was there, this is simple work for any jeweler. Have to wear an uncomfortable spacer on it now, and she didn't even send me away with one or recommend it; I had to go buy one from Walmart.

I would not recommend shopping here for any jewelry needs. I bought a 10k gold necklace for my girlfriend in November for our anniversary. I wanted to shop local instead of buying from a chain, turns out that was a mistake. The owner was very nice, however took advantage of me not knowing much about jewelry, which is my own fault of course. I picked out a necklace that was listed as 14k gold, I bought it, brought it home showed my friends and come to find out it was only 10k. I brought it back down to him immediately that day and in which he blamed his daughter for mismarking the necklace and instead of giving me some sort of refund he tried to sell me more jewelry and insisted I got a good deal. A week of her wearing it, it broke. Brought it down to them and they charged me 30 dollars to fix it. No more than two weeks later it has broken again. Don’t even bother doing business with these guys. Live and you learn, just hoping to help someone else out

They did a horrible job they did not inventory anything, nor did they give me any receipts. It seems as though they work as a team to try and swindle prices down tell you everything is worth nothing and they’re going to scrap it then you see it two days later listed on eBay for 10 times what they paid you. ThenThey will say they’re going to do one thing and do another half of the items were supposed to be on consignment come to find out, they only did one and still did not give a receipt we had to go up next day to get a receipt. I would not do business there ever again, and I recommend nobody does business there.

I love going into this shop. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and sometimes they have cute dogs there. The displays are really well organized. There are always new "hidden gems" to discover. I especially enjoy the antique pieces that you really just can't find anywhere else.

I'm on cloud nine with the way my ring turned out!I had missing stones replaced and they match perfectly with the stones that remained on ring..It's ALWAYS a pleasure doing business with this family!

I love this jewelry store.. every time I go in, I find something I love and can't help but buy it.. they have reasonable prices and beautiful jewelry.. they've fixed lots of jewelry for me and resized rings at a great price.. love this place.. would highly recommend!

Not impressed with customer service, or the fact the I know the ring I brought in was worth alot more than they wanted to pay, then they said nope we're just not interested in any of the stuff because it's right after Christmas & no one would be interested. I won't go back again

I went here to get new batteries put in both of my watches. One is a treasured 55-year-old Bulova Accutron and the other an LL Bean Field watch. Both have had batteries replaced by the expert in Meredith never with an issue. But he was closed and I was going out of town and had to have new ones. Both watches started to fog up within days. He ruined the seals on both of them. I sent my watch back to LL Bean and they confirmed this. I'm hoping the man in Meredith can save my Accutron watch today.
