Friendly folks, good stocked store for our needs. And bless them as we are Over The road...over this great country of ours, exotic car hauling. Thank you, thank you, for continuing Sam Waltons dream of allowing truck drivers a safe place to park overnight. Thank you management for allowing us to park a short time. There is such limited tractor-trailer parking in the area. We have a big bunk, we have a shower and toilet and are fully selfcontained. We do not leave garbage and always come in to shop and support our most welcomed parking. Thank you again.
Truckers...American Truckers need a safe place to park, shop and some need a potty.
Thank you to this local Walmart for following Sam's dream!

Horrible customer service the auto care center. I had a 7am appointment, at 7:05 nobody was there, pushed the button for assistance, nobody showed up for 10 minutes, so I pushed the button again. Nobody showed up for another 5 minutes, so I pushed the call button again. But this time there's 4 of us waiting around for service.
At 7:25, the tech FINALLY shows up for work, doesn't greet us, walks off to an employee from another department and mumbles something about keys. One gentleman who had been waiting with us chases after him to find out where to park his truck for tires.
Now it's after 730, my vehicle FINALLY gets checked it. He tells me it's going to be about an hour. I go for a walk, realizing I'm now going to be late for work because of this. I made a 7am appointment so that my vehicle would be ready in time for me to get to work TIMELY, unlike SOME people.
I come back around 830 to find my vehicle in the same parking spot where I left it, still NOT serviced. At 845 my vehicle FINALLY gets pulled in for a 7am appointment.
Their solution, offer me a $20 gift card. My time is worth more than $20. I'm now over an hour late for work. My choices are use my own leave (for Wal-Mart's employee's failure to show up TIMELY) or flex the time at the end of the day which takes time away from my family (again due to the employee's failure to show up on TIME) and Wal-Mart wants to offer a $20 gift card for my inconvenience. I spoke to two deparment "coaches" and customer service since apparently the assistant manager and store manager aren't there this early in the morning.

I had placed an order for a cake for my daughter the afternoon before I was supposed to be picking it up. I received a phone call from someone in the bakery stating they were unsure of how to make the flowers. Was it okay if the cake didn't have them on it? I was a little upset but at this point I said no. Don't stress about the flowers as long as the cake is completed. I had someone pick up the cake for me as I was finishing up other tasks. When I received the cake it looked like my daughter had completed it. Aunt, the plastic was left on the decoration. Never again. I'm trying to get in touch with the manager with the photos to show just how bad this cake is.

If you can't find it elsewhere, there's a good chance you'll find it here.
A lot of effort has been put into the self-checkout area; good for quick shopping trips, but packed on busy days with a small number of manned registers open.
The electronics section is rarely manned, often the phone ambassador playing the role within their capacity, or a long wait for someone to be available on days when no associate is available.
On a final note, I'm embarrassed to not have known this earlier, if you need a key made; the automated kiosk is in the automotive service department.
Happy shopping, and regardless of experience, be reasonable with the associates.

This Walmart is terrible. You schedule an appointment for tires and when you get there no one is even there, drive half hour away out of your way to do something when THEY confirmed the appointment.

Everything is either broken or out of stock. There are never enough check-out lanes open but there seems to be 3-4 employees "helping" at self check out. The place is just sad, how does one store have so many unlevel shelves?! But it's a necessary evil. There are two employees in the curbside pickup that are fantastic and seem to actually enjoy their job and the people they deal with.
