Great service, they change my oil, usually same day I show up, sometimes it takes few hours. I shop while they work. Staff was always kind, helpful, typically they give me heads up on how long it will take. Prices are reasonable.

I must applaud Nick and his team of Matt, John and Hawke... very personable and forthcoming in sharing their automotive insights!They did an excellent job on my truck with the oil and battery change. They went out of their way to remove the battery terminal connection, which was badly corroded and stuck. Nick recommended that the terminals needed to be cleansed and then treated with protective dielectric grease to ensure a good lasting connection. The value of their service by far exceeded the exceptionally low cost. Even a rating of five stars is not commensurate with the consideration and service received.Services: Wiper blade installation

The fellow who helped me was at the bare minimum helpful; in that he did only his job and nothing more. In my opinion, he could certainly brush up on his people skills. Part of the job/position is customer service.

I realize that everybody is short on employees but is it too hard to ask somebody to answer the phone even to say can we call you back I called 6 times and not once did they answer the phone There were plenty of people in there yes I went to Walmart after calling them 6 times but not one of them stopped to answer the phone and they could have

Sales associate and technicians were pleasant. However, due to being short staffed, it took 3 hours to get my oil changed and the techs were not knowledgeable about my vehicle.

Waited 20 minutes at the front desk before anyone helped me. asked for an oil change and rotation. After 2 hours they did the rotation but forgot the oil change. They then told me I would have to wait at the end of the line and their workers went on break. The gentleman saw I brought a book with me and remarked "you'll probably be able to finish that today" if you want anything done go to Wilson next door

With the scathing reviews this center has received, I was having second thoughts about following through on getting my ordered tires installed. I took the risk anyway. I’m always amazed by the discrepancies I read on reviews of products and services and my experience and here was no exception. I’m happy to give this franchise some love it has not recently received. Firstly, unlike the reviews I read, I was able to immediately check in with the service advisor to set up my tire installation. He was stationed there with the purpose of immediately greeting clientele. Then, when I heard one of the workers ask him if the 10 am customer arrived, it was clear to me that are on top of their schedule. This was further reinforced when they took my vehicle in almost immediately. Finally, the satisfying experience was complete when my car was ready in almost half the time as promised. So I ask you, what is there not to love.

Went to the tire center at 6 to get tires and the associates and the manager left an hour early. They don’t close till 7. I drove almost an hour because I knew they were open. Wasted time and gas. I thought they didn’t allow anyone to leave until the actual time the department closes. At the very least the manager should have stayed.

Not great. Static balanced tires and major wasters of time. I drove over an hour to the shop for nothing. I'm certainly done getting any service done at this shop. It's too bad walmart has the best prices on tires.

Most unprofessional auto establishment I’ve ever been to. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Made me drive there twice over half hour away to turn me away. Totally disorganized. It’s a mess I highly recommend going anywhere but the Plymouth Walmart. There auto staff is horrible. Not to mention there bad at what they do. They messed up my fiancé’s wheels so I should have known better anyway ?? Lesson learned Walmart should stick to selling product not doing any type of service and I’ll be sure to spread the word. I’m very disappointed and frankly irritated. I hope someone looks into this and gets some solid staff in there because it’s lacking big time. Sincerely the young man who was supposed to have his wheels put on at 1pm. If I could do less then 1 start I would. Thanks for nothing. Horrible experience from start to finish. They wouldn’t mount larger tires on my vehicle, which is understandable, so I had to carry in my wheels with the old tires to get them mounted. After they were done I went to pick them up and one of the wheel weights fell off just rolling them by hand. This was the first red flag. They ended up rebalancing the wheel but I had a bad feeling after that happened. About 2 weeks later I have lost most of the wheel weights. Been finding them all over the place. I bring it back to Walmart for them to rebalance and they refuse to because of the oversize tires. Again, understandable, that’s company policy. So instead I ask for a refund considering they couldn’t provide the service I paid for. This started a disagreement between me and the tech, not going to mention his name, where again he brings up my tire size multiple times. Very odd considering they were fine as long as it was carry in, but now they’re trying to deny a refund because of it. Keep in mind these are 285 75 r16 going on a k2500 Chevy; not unheard of. Regardless, he denied a cash refund because I didn’t have the original receipt, and they claim they are unable to look back two weeks to find it in their system. Talking to the store manager I got the same answer, so at the end I was given a store credit. Very disappointed. Would not recommend any one goes here unless you like waiting around for disappointment. Schedule with any of the other small shops around and you’ll have a much better experience.Service: Tyres

This place is an absolute joke. Not only did they not balance and fill my new tires properly; any attempt to get ahold of management has essentially been met with a brick wall. I would up having to get their shoddy work completely redone by the Walmart in Tilton. The Walmart in Tilton was even vocal about the Plymouth Walmart's reputation for poor work. What was even more alarming though, was the absolute contempt that the employees seemed to have for their customers. I'm trying to reach out to the store manager of this location. And if I can't get ahold of them, I will search out the area manager because I truly do not believe that I should've had to pay for the laughable "work" that these no talent derelicts did to my vehicle.

Went in for oil change, 7.30 am. One car inside, one car outside. Waited 20 mins at counter, no one around, went to talk to guy changing the oil. We are booked up all day, only two guys working. Very upset with the guys attitude.
