Generally a great store and we do a fair amount of business. Today changed my mind. Not sure we will go in again. Tried to return a $60 outside chair. It broke as soon as soon as it was sat in. The collapse of the chair could have caused serious injury. Thank God for those who helped. The manager said no it wasn’t possible to get a return. No explanation was given. Not even a face to face conversation all done via the cashier. What is the return police, It certainly wasn’t explained to me.

Abby was great she helped us with no hesitation. Very pleasant, hard worker with a sense of humor. Retail stores need employees like her. Thank you Abby we love are cow wind mill.☺️☺️

Always the Best workers, super friendly and they really get to know their customers in a good way. I feel like they love their jobs and take pride in our experience there. They're all so awesome and have gone above and beyond to help get me what I need for my dogs, animals, business goals, garden etc. one of my favorite stores and the people have a lot to do with that too. Super helpful and awesome and I am very grateful to their team. I feel like I've been going and known them for years, they really care there and I go weekly now. Love love love this store and crew! Thanks for all your support and guidance, all my bears appreciate you too

The time wasted arguing & refunding the doordash was far more extensive than time complained about rudely by manager to loosen a few bolts for wheel barrel to fit in car & be delivered to customer. Further I wasn't asking for anyone to do it, I'm more than capable. Regardless terrible customer service dasher or not I was a customer as well. Never again. Something minor made a drastic headache, customer didn't get order, hr and half wasted of my time and $21 lost. Will never dash or buy again from such rude employees.

Generally a pretty decent store but I needed a shear pin for my Cub Cadet snow blower which I purchased at this store. They didn't have any and don't expect to get any. It's March. Snow storms here aren't guaranteed over until May, we had 18" over the weekend. Go figure.

I came in today at noon time and told them I needed some Rock salt bled they had in stock and I showed them the brand on my smart phone. I told them it wasn't out front so they said it was in the back and to go outside through the back doors. I went out there and everything was on pallets piled up and sealed. I waited a while and Nobody came out to help me...out of the 3 people who I spoke with. Hardly any customers in the store and all 3 associates were free and nobody at the checkout. I came back inside the store furiated after going out and seeing all the strapped palletized inventory plus it was freezing out. ....I told the same person...where you sent me everything is on pallets. She asked me what I needed and if she can help me as if she never saw me before! It was only 5 minutes ago she told me where to go to get the rock salt outside. I yelled at her and and told her I already asked you for help before you sent me outside and I said I'd write a review and I left. I went to my other local Hardware store and spent 80.00 on Ice melt. They lost my business over laziness. It's a shame because I came here back in the summer and bought a tiller and other yard stuff and the store help at that time was very good.

Tractor Supply is a decent source for heavy equipment tools. The other day I needed a 1-1/2" socket plus a 1/2-3/4" adapter for my impact wrench, and both were available.

Visited the Plymouth store last night. Needed some medicated anti itch spray for a cat. Jenn was very helpful and informative in choosing what I should try. She also suggested which grain free dry food to get. Thanks.

1. The pellets have too much powder in the bag. My chickens don't eat powder. Waste of money.2. Their expensive pine shavings sit outside and get wet then freeze. When thawed they're still wet. Not okay for birds in this winter weather.3. One cashier can't seem to input anything correctly and then argues with you as to what she put in...like on 3 separate occasions argued about MY phone number! Who has time (or patience) for this?
