My wife and I had a great experience at Nucar Plymouth back in 2023. We got a new Kia Sportage LX and had an awesome sales guy Steve F. He knew exactly what we were looking for and was very pleasant to work with.

I had a great experience with Nucar in Plymouth. The sale went so smooth, and they got me great financing on my used Jeep. There selectionn of cars was huge. My salesman Tom was not pushy at all, lol. I had a great experience.

Each time I have had to have service done to my car, the service department is more than helpful and congenial. Brian and Vern were most helpful 9/3. My vehicle had needed more work than anticipated, they were patient and understanding with my frustration and worked with me as I plotted out the onsite repairs and they even went back and forth to Granite State Glass . I am truly grateful for the team at Nucar Ford! Thank you Gentlemen! Well done!?

My recent visit to Nucar ford in Plymouth was not positive at all. Their prices went up so I received an unhappy shock about that when I got the bill. I was, admittedly upset over that. I’m on a budget. So I asked the man what had changed and what I just paid $106.00 dollars for when I had just come in for an oil change.
But it was the attitude of the person in the next seat that really set me off. Talk about unpleasant. And rude. From him all I got and repeated was, prices went up.
The man I had been speaking to was doing his best to be helpful until this other guy jumped in. At which point I paid my bill and just left.
So I paid $106 for an oil change. Seriously ?
Though I bought my 2019 ford fiesta at Nucar, I won’t waste my money on that place again. Especially not with that attitude.

Zach was our sales guy and he was awesome and easy to look at!!! LOL on a serious note, not going to lie, but this is the best car buying experience my boyfriend Den and I literally ever had. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Kate was unbelievable also, she was so nice and easy to talk to. We will be going back to have Zach for our next car!!

I have done business with Nucar Ford Plymouth twice and both times were a great experience. I have no complaints. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Steve Frateschi was great to work with. We were friends prior to my recent purchase and we are friends after the purchase. They will treat you right and have a great selection of vehicles to chose from.
