Time and time again, the team at Hannaford Pharmacy has exceeded all of my expectations for outstanding customer service. If a prescription is costly, they will go on line and search for a discounted price. There is quick turn around between dropping a prescription off and delivery. They will answer all questions and are simply professionally perfect, kind, caring and helpful. My heartfelt thanks for every time they've gone that extra mile to provide service that is second to none. Bravo!

This is the most upside down pharmacyCustomer service is awful! They call to say your meds are ready only to show up and be told that they don't have it in stock!

Convenience and loyalty have been my primary motivations to shop for groceries and meds here. But it goes way beyond that when they can only fill part of a prescription but give you what they have or a few days worth to tide you over. That kind of service makes all the difference to me.

Techs are usually pleasant but was really off put by a pharmacist brushing me off and refusing to help/ talk to our vet to get meds for our foster dog. Perhaps there’s some store policy she was adhering to, but she was very abrasive in the way she dealt with the situation and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining the situation before walking away.

Whenever I call the pharmacy the person on the phone it’s usually rude. And they are even more rude when you come in. I’ve been using the Hannaford pharmacy for 25 years. I’m not using you anymore

I would say my experience here was three stars, but As a celiac I'm giving them an extra star for the clear gluten-free labeling which I very much appreciate. Here's a quick rundown of my visit: - Not much of a selection in terms of organic produce - A wider gluten-free selection available than other markets, but mostly limited to dry pantry goods. - frozen section seriously needed to be restocked, it looks pandemic-empty, while other nearby markets are well stocked. - Not much of a seafood selection, although I do appreciate they have sustainable local shrimp available. - social distancing markers exists, not sure they're well followed by customers. (Which if we weren't there as soon as it opened... we'd be really concerned). - gluten free chicken nuggets and dumplings were the best finds and reasons I'll be back. FYI - If you are concerned about pandemic safety like me, I highly recommend showing up first thing in the morning when they open in a weekday. This place really does get busy after that.

This store is well stocked and employees very helpful however, Cashiers need more training for virus protection for themselves and their customers. On checking out the cashier had her face shield pushed above her mouth with no face mask. (the CDC recommends a mask even with a face shield) Before starting on my order she raised her shield to rub her eyes and mouth with both hands! Then proceeded to handle all my items. This was my first attempt at a large grocery store - I will not be back!

Much more of a selection than Bristol, but prices are rediculous at all Hannafords. Much rather go to Market Basket any day! Where we have one right by us in Bristol, it is convenient though for quick grabs, but just so pricey!

Decently sized store with a good selection. Lines are never really too long, during peak hours you will get a line but they always seem to be prepared for it with cashiers and baggers. 4 stars just because hannafords can be pretty pricey throughout and their rewards system sucks.
