The apartments are modern, clean and very well maintained. The common areas are clean, well lit and well taken care of. Trash and snow removal are always kept up and the yard work/mowing is on point.
The staff is beyond friendly and on the ball. Requests for necessary maintenance are met in a very timely manner.

“cheapest rent for any four person apartment and the best location. 54c langdon is the closest you get to classes, the gym, and russell street and the bars are a short walk away. Landlords make sure trash is regularly taken out and communication is made easy with the resident app. Lastly the landlords are very friendly and never gave us any issues when it came to noise or visitors, even with them being our next door neighbors. Many memories were made ant 54c and me and my roommates are happy to say we picked this apartment over others we were deciding on.”
