Why is the pharmacy not open on weekends at all?? Everyone from the Plaistow Rite Aid got sent to this location (with zero notice) and they're not even open on weekends to fill prescriptions. I just feel like this is a basic necessity for a pharmacy.

I went into the store several months ago and after shopping when I went to pay with my debit card I was told the machine was not working and I could only pay with cash. I was told there was a sign on the door to notify customers but the manager told them to take it down. I spoke to the manager, a girl named Sam who was extremely unhelpful and not only that but extremely disrespectful. I shopped there all the time and I vow I will never go back!

Sam, the female assistant manager was extremely sarcastic and rude to me in front of a line of customers regarding the debit, credit card machine being out of order and yet no sign on the door to notify customers . When I complained to management I got the same response.

What you would expect at a Walgreens, and surprisingly not usually busy. I go here often with no problems.

First off I want to make clear that I LOVE the employees here. Especially the pharmacy and their techs! But....management is doing a horrible job! I've never heard of a chain pharmacy being closed on Sunday. The real kicker is they closed the pharmacy at least twice that i'm aware of this week for an "emergency." WTF?! No explanation. No apology. So people have had their scripts sitting there filled, and no way to get them! I tried to pick them up at a different Walgreens, but was told that since they've already been filled, they can't transfer them to another location. So now if you brought it in on Friday- you'll have to wait until MONDAY to pick them up! Maybe. Who knows.....maybe there will be another "emergency" that'll keep it closed until who knows when? This never would've happened a couple of years ago. Im transferring all my scripts to CVS across the street. At least they're open on Sundays, and don't close for some mysterious reason.

Not worth making appointments here for anything. They cancel them unannounced and tell you it's your problem to figure out new appointments

The people who work in pharmacy are still phenomenal. This update is to warn people not to use this location's prepay pickup feature. I put in to have my photos picked up at the pharmacy window and received an email saying it was ready. When I arrived, those at pharmacy were surprised but got my photos for me. The photos were still up front... and marked as unpaid. The pharmacist said that the system wanted a confirmation code. I gave both codes in my email. Neither one worked. I wound up paying again as I was tying up the drive thru. I am still receiving emails saying don't forget your order. I called the 877 number in the email. I explained what happened. An associate named Tracy said I need to call the store to stop notifications - no apology or even acknowledgement for my having to pay twice. I will continue to use this pharmacy as it really is the best, but I will not prepay for pickup again.

I want to give a shout out to a pharmacist named Pride. She was working hard to priorize filling prescriptions alone lastnight. She went out of her way to call my insurance after closing so I can get my medication the next day. I thought it was so thoughtful because she didn't have to do that. Pride deserves 5 stars! Great asset to walgreens. Thank you Pride!

There’s at least one employee not wearing a mask currently at this location. Disgusting and dangerous, don’t shop here.

Do not bother making an appointment!!! I made an appointment for 10:00am for a flu shot only to arrive to be told that it is a one hour wait. I asked to speak to a manager, and she told me that the Walgreen's doesn't have appointments and I would have to wait until after all of the walk-ins. I asked her what the point of having an appointment was and she got visibly frustrated with me and walked away, very professional. Clearly, they do not know the definition of an appointment, nor how to keep one. You have forever lost my business. You can make appointments that are adhered to at CVS.

This Walgreens prepares your medications promptly and correctly. The pharmacy personnel are smart and kind. The store is clean and bright and well stocked. I take many prescription and OTC medications. This is the best local drugstore for me.

The new pharmacy hours are horrendous. 5PM closure on Saturday's? Seems all Walgreens are shrinking their hours in the pharmacy department. Exeter, NH is no longer a 24 hour store. You have to go to Raymond, NH for the closest all-night store. Might be a reason enough to switch to CVS which is less than 1/4 mile away.
