I had a great experience working with Ashlee from the Plaistow location while getting devices and changing my plan. She was extremely helpful and patient with my lack knowledge setting up the devices. She applied all of my protector screens perfectly. Great customer service! Highly recommend going through Ashlee if you need help with your Verizon account or devices!

I have been going to the same Verizon Store in Plaistow, NH for many years and I can't say enough good things about Ronnie Collins, the Business Account Manager. He consistently goes above and beyond to take care of me and my family and always treats us as if we are his personal friends. Ronnie is incredibly patient and always takes the time to explain all of my options including the latest promotions, different types of plans/coverage, and any other details we need to know including the pros and cons to different types of phones. Ronnie also never tries to sell us anything we don't need. His years of expertise and knowledge are evident, and he always ensures we get the best deal possible. It's a relief knowing we're in good hands whenever we see Ronnie. Thank you, Ronnie, for your exceptional service and dedication!
