“January 7th was a storm to remember! We got 17 inches in my area. I called Anchor Towing to pull my car out from my clients driveway. I’m a caregiver and was trying to get home. The snow was just too deep for my front wheel drive car to get through. I called Anchor Towing to pull my car out. Bobby was already on a call and his other driver was out with Covid. So, I was next in line to be helped. Two and a half hours later, Bobby came to my rescue! He got me out safely and then didn’t even charge me! I greatly appreciate everything you did for me that day Bobby! Even a lesson on operating my vehicle! Thanks again Bobby!”

“These guys are life savers! I recently got into my car and noticed that I had a nail in the tire. I had an important meeting to get to but had to get it fixed quickly due to the tire pressure decreasing rapidly. I called them and they told me to come immediately. They were able to plug the hole in my tire and I was on my way to my meeting within 10 minutes. Thank you Auto Doctors!!!”

“Even tho is sucked to have had my car towed. The men at the NBPT tow yard were efficient, respectful n swift helping me get my car out. My battery even ended up being dead after all the paperwork was finished n I cudnt wait to get outta there, n a kind handsum guy helped me n got me jumped n on my way!But all n all, I wud recommend them if u need a tow. I can c why the police chose them to do their doing. If I ever need help with a tow I will def use them. Thx guys!!! For making such a frustrating situation as quick n easy n understanding no one wants to be there, let’s b real, dealing with that n dishing out money most ppl don’t have much of these days.”

Him and his team were SO very kind and accommodating to my mother (who traveled from the Catskill mountains in NY State all the way to Methuen MA when my car was unexpectedly towed in Jan 2024. They kept it for 13 days and I wouldn't have wanted it anywhere else. Id recommend then 100% for the compassion, knowledge and professionalism they provided to not only myself but exp my mother. Angel arrived in approx. 30min vs the estimated system generated est. of 1.5-2hrs. Angel called upon arrival to the location to see exactly where I was, loaded the vehicle, and off we went to the shop. Very personable and good conversation all of the way there.
